I was helping my roommate make pre-arrangements for his cremation and I reached out to Dignity Memorial. Upon explaining our needs, our director Seamus made a recommendation for Advantage Funeral and Cremation. We were looking for direct cremation with a couple of add ons. We got exactly what we wanted and the process was explained as we went along. Seamus is honest, kind, friendly, down to earth, and provided us with a great planning experience. Ann was wonderful in knowing what I would want for my prearrangement of planning my cremation just by asking a few questions. It is a bizarre appointment and she made me feel very comfortable. There was no pressure to purchase anything. I highly recommend Ball and Dodd for your prearrangement burial. During our sad time losing our sweet boy Memphis Eternal Paws and Ashley were absolutely wonderful. Very caring and went over everything. The paw and nose ink prints turned out amazing and they truly will be lasting memories for our family. They even reminded me about getting snips of his fur before we departed. Our cat passed away just past midnight this morning and I called Eternal Paws at 8 a.m. Nathan answered the phone and was a joy to work with under the circumstances. Very easy to make an appointment for later that morning and walked me through the process. Met Ashley at noon. Both people were super wonderful to work with. Thank you for your compassion in this very difficult time.

This is a very special place for me and it's a beautiful and quiet setting that my children enjoyed experiencing. Desperate prayers were answered here many years ago in the mausoleum chapel.

My father in law recently passed away. He had already had everything situated with Holy Cross. During one of the most difficult times, my mother law, and my husband, were able to go in, and simply complete the process with ease. There were a few laughs that were enjoyed, while we spoke with the lady who was assisting us through the final paper work. We know that we will have to go through this process again one day, and we are pleased to know, that the process will not be unbearable, thanks to Holy cross and their wonderful employees.

Just want to thank Spokane Cremation service for really helping me and my brothers our mother passed and bill took care of us he knew our situation that being us from California he knew we needed her back as soon as possible he kept his word and made it happen we were able to get ourselves and our mother's remains back to California. Spokane Cremation and Funeral Service took care of the final services for both my mother-in-law and then a few months later, my father-in-law. We had the foresight to find a company before they passed, and we were very happy with the compassion and caring from the entire staff at the Spokane Cremation and Funeral. They did not rush me in making decisions about urns. At the end, we just called them and let them know the time had come, and they were there within a short period of time and they waited for the family to hug and cry before bringing a beautiful quilt (not just a sheet or plastic covering) to wrap each of my in-laws lovingly. It was so respectful, and something that I had not thought about before hand, but appreciated at the time. I am so grateful to them for their caring support. They offered options of small necklaces or other items to hold a small amount of ashes for each of the grandchildren. They also provided all the documents we needed for transporting the ashes

Winter hours changed to where they open at 10 am, showed up at 9 am, called and they let us in to collect my dads ashes.
