Unfortunately I have had the opportunity to use Naugle Funeral Home's wonderful services 3 times in the past couple of years for my immediate family. They have made a MOST DIFFICULT TIME in my life more bareable. They were responsive to my every request in a timely manner, and went above and beyond to help me make decisions. I hope I will not need their services for a very long time, but if I do, I will certainly call them for help!!!!

When I lost my husband on October 3 I was overcome with grief Steven was so kind at my home as to give me time with him I had put a picture in his pocket and a rose on his chest and it was there when they left with him later went to sign papers and melissa was so kind and understanding explained everything to me I was called to pick him up when I got there my emotions were everywhere a gentleman that I think was owner met me outside Melissa again was amazing to me and the gentleman walked my husband remains to my car I so much appreciate everyone at this establishment for all the kindness and compassion they showed me I have a urn on order and will bring him back to be transfered to it and yes they offer that as well ...I can't say enough about how professional they are if I could give 10 stars I would ....thank you for taking such compassionate care of my beloved husband

Mr. Steven and Ms. Melissa was very helpful to my 21 year old son with his fathers unexpected passing. They worked with him on his fathers final arrangements. Recommend this Crematorium.

They kept me going through this without anything to worry about. She was a blessing to do business with in such away,I think God for her.

They treated me and my husband as well respected, and I consider them as family. They took care of my husband as soon as I called them I gave them five stars, and they will always have a piece of my heart for taking care of my husband. The price is very reasonable and if any of my family members do get cremated or other friends, I will make sure they go there. They treat everybody with respect.

Verna was incredible! She made the whole process so easy, payment was a breeze, and I got my father's ashes and death certificates faster than I expected (less than a week after his death!), all at a super reasonable price. Highly recommend!

On the 8th I lost my buddy Gretchen (11). She loved the color yellow, Mickey Mouse, bunnies, and Johnny Cash. Whenever I would cook something chicken she was such a clown, and a sweetie. I'll miss her for the rest of my life. She was one in a million, and I'm so grateful for their kindness and understanding.

They really came through at the most distressing time. Very efficient and kind. Our little Puppy Girl passed on the 8th and today on the 10th they gave her back to us. They do everything themselves. Beautiful box with paw prints, an impression of her print and a certificate of cremation.They are located in several areas:Palmer Ave. on the Westside, Arlington and a new facility in Baldwin. During our difficult time, Crevasse's served us with compassion and professionalism. The necessary paperwork was easy to complete and they helped us through the entire process. They were kind answered any questions I had. I hope you do not need them, but when the time comes, I highly recommend them.

I had originally reached out to another company after several attempts they never returned my calls. First Coast cremation was very kind and helpful from the first call. Everything was handled quickly. The cost was competitive and in the same range as others. I would highly recommend First Coast cremation.

I chose First Coast Cremation in Macclenny, Fl. Well every time I used Google Maps it showed Jacksonville,Fl. It took me a few minutes to finally locate FCC located inside the funeral home on Chipshot drive. But the funeral home had NO numbers on the building much less FCC name on the outside of the building. The folks were SUPER friendly and efficient. Yes I would recommend them for their services. But it would be beneficial if the address was visible with the name of FCC on even a smaller sign that they are there. Thank you

We cant thank enough Mr Jim for his very personal and professional service we got for our beloved Cooper . At the time of our loss , he made all things possible. He handled our pet with care and compassion from the start . We were so happy that we had a mini wake minutes before our pet was put on cremation , the best thing was, we all witnessed it privately including the careful handling of ashes . It gives me comfort knowing that my sweet Ellie will be cremated on-site and not sent to an off-location facility where they do mass pet cremations. I used to be in the vet industry and have seen these types of facilities. You'd be lucky to get your pet's cremains back. Jimmy was compassionate over the phone and flexible with scheduling.

Even though I wasnt able to use Just Cremation due to logistics, I feel called to leave this review so others will know what a true blessing they are. Our experience was nothing but great. My mom knew what she wanted when she passed and it was just to be cremated with a simple family gathering to celebrate her life at home. Just cremations was professional and efficient and made the entire process as quick and easy as it can be. We didn't feel any pressure to do more which was very much appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to have a loved one cremated.

After a tragic and unexpected car accident, Mrs. Glover and the entire team at Patterson Cremation and Funeral Service acted immediately, navigating an extremely complex situation with professionalism, compassion, and persistence. Despite challenges outside of their control, they continued working diligently over two weeks after his passing to ensure everything possible was handled properly and with dignity. Our experience with Patterson was marked by clear communication, respect, and genuine care during an incredibly painful time.
