2. How We Use Your Information

• Connecting You With Providers: When you submit an inquiry or quote request, you ask us to share it with cremation service providers in your area (currently up to 10 per inquiry), who may call or email you about your request. Providers pay us a fee to receive inquiries, and more than one provider may contact you. See Section 3.
• Marketing Communications: By submitting your contact information through our inquiry forms, you acknowledge and agree that Armillary Sphere LLC may retain your contact record and use it to send you relevant communications, including follow-up messages, service updates, and informational content related to cremation services. You may opt out of such communications at any time by contacting us at hello@armillaryspherellc.com.
• Site Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, monitor performance, and improve the functionality and content of our Site.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share your personal information in the following circumstances:

• Cremation Service Providers: We first send providers near you a preview of your inquiry: your city, your timeline, the date you submitted it, and your message, with your name, email address and phone number masked out of it. The preview may show your first name, your email provider (for example, gmail.com) and the first five digits of your phone number; the rest of your name, email address and phone number stays hidden until a provider pays. A provider that pays us a fee (currently $40 per inquiry) then receives your name, email address, phone number, city, timeline and full message so it can contact you. Each provider handles your information under its own privacy practices.
• Service Providers: We may share data with third-party vendors who assist in operating our Site and communications infrastructure (e.g., email delivery services, analytics platforms). These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Why this is not a sale: providers pay us to receive inquiries. We disclose your information to them only because you directed us to when you submitted the form, which California law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(ad)(2)(A)) and similar state laws do not treat as a sale. We do not otherwise sell or share personal information, and we have not sold or shared it with data brokers or advertisers in the past 12 months. Providers agree to use your information only to respond to your request.

Opting out: if you'd rather we stop, use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or email hello@armillaryspherellc.com. We stop offering your inquiries to providers as soon as we receive the request (and always within 15 business days), and we won't share inquiries you send later from the same email address. Providers that already received your details keep them; you can ask them directly to delete them. You don't need an account, and we won't ask you to prove who you are.

Global Privacy Control: we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for the email address you submit with it. We honor it without asking you anything further and without changing how the Site works for you, except that your inquiry comes only to us. The quote form tells you when it has detected the signal.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the Site. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We use:

• Essential Cookies: Required for the Site to function properly.
• Analytics Cookies: Used to understand how visitors interact with our Site (e.g., Google Analytics).
