I just want to personally get on here and finally thank Kristen for the special care and attention that she showed my grandson during his untimely passing. She was very quick to respond to my messages rather it was email or voicemail. And she did the little things that I asked like while hes there and waiting to make sure to leave the light on for him and to tell him we love him every night. This has been so painfully hard to endure with his sudden loss and so much to go through and are still going through. She just made it better. The entire team from the receptionist to those taking care of my mother to the funeral directors Briana and Emily treated all of us with respect and kindness. A last minute family viewing was needed and within hours it was set up in one of their lovely rooms. Thank you so much Briana and Emily, you were amazing.

During this difficult time, ATX provided the assistance I needed professionally. I was very lucky because my main contact was Elena and she was so gentle and kind throughout the entire process. My experience with Cremation.Green was overall very positive. I found that they were available when I called and helpful in addressing questions. And, most importantly, they were respectful. After my loved one passed, I called them because I had a concern with something that had been done that I had not been informed about, but they immediately handled the issue to my satisfaction.

We are so grateful to Green Cremation for taking such wonderful care of our mom and our family during an incredibly difficult time. From start to finish, every single person we encountered was compassionate, patient, and genuinely helpful. The entire process was incredibly easy and thoughtfully designed  everything was handled online, with all documents and paperwork sent to us by email, which made things feel manageable when we were overwhelmed with grief. The only in-person part was the pickup, which was handled with the utmost respect and care. The staff, in particular Lynnette, at the Neptune Society are most caring and helpful. Lynnette has helped make the process as easy as possible. When you lose a love one as I did, she and the other staff are there for you every step of the way, answering all your questions and advising you as needed. I appreciate everything they have done.

Friendly gentleman explained in detail what services they provide and how much it will cost. (Very reasonable price. ) Once you join the price is fixed and all you have to do when the time comes is make one phone call. We are very happy to have this all taken care of.
