She is simply dedicated to executing your vision and making sure that your home going service is as smooth as can possibly be. The prices are unmatched in the city and the genuine atmosphere of the business is what sold me. From the moment we walked in we were treated with such kindness at such a heartbreaking time. We would like to thank Mathew Martinez for his attention to details as to getting to know my father and type of person he was. And for being so patient and considerate towards my mother and entire family. I would also like to thank Sariah W for being so understanding and her attention to details on all our request. Any questions our family had were always promptly answered which was so convenient during our grieving period. I would highly recommend this funeral home for any services.

We lost someone close to us very suddenly. We were not prepared in any way and they made sure we were taken care of. Every person we spoke to was so helpful and really made things as easy as they could be during this time. They kept us updated throughout everything and made sure our loved one was properly taken care of. I use them 3 yrs ago for my mother in law and loved everything they did. Now I've used them again for my dad, and they have gone above and beyond the norm of their job. Just a heads up make sure to double and triple check cemetery for your contracted dates for funerals and memorials it was brought to our attention they gave our day and time to someone else. And All Faith helped us restore the original day and time . I recommend All Faith � they have my deepest gratitude for helping us through this difficult time. On losing a family member and then the mess up with the cemetery. They are the best.

ALL of the staff and recommended service providers from Heritage Memorial Funeral Home had the upmost respect and consideration for the passing and service of our family member. Our initial call with Quincy was very helpful, and our in person meeting with him helped to understand our options, pricing and get any questions answered that we had as well as ones we didn't know we had. After getting the process started with Quincy, we had Cassandra take over to handle the details, paperwork, preparation and execution of the service for our family member. She was responsive to our calls, even texted to ensure that we had received voicemails if we were unable to respond immediately. We dealt with Ms Rhonda Sanchez. She was absolutely amazing and her patience was second to none. We were dealing with some obstacles and Memory Gardens absolutely made things a lot less difficult for me and my family. There was no "sales pressure" from Ms Sanchez or anyone else we spoke to. A much different experience from just a year ago when I was dealing with my father's funeral in a different city (and different company). We are very happy that we took care of our arrangements early in our lives to spare our loved ones from having to struggle with it during a time of loss. We had a relaxed environment and no pressures to purchase. We joked and had fun with it. I have been in the worse case senario and dont wish it on anyone. My husband and I both have had our arrangements made with the Neptune Society for several years, and I am so happy we planned ahead. When my husband died just before Christmas 2025, they were so prompt and thoughtful in handling his cremation and the necessary paperwork involved. I am so grateful for their kindness  and they continued to check on me long after all was taken care of. This is a very helpful and compassionate organization.

My husband passed a few days before I was ready, emotionally and all other ways. Neptune made all of the struggle stop: His cremation went smoothly and they were able to accommodate the familys special request. They checked in with me about things, not just the service provided.
