From the very first day I contacted them to inquire about arrangements for my mom, Jennifer Connell was truly exceptional. She immediately understood my sense of urgency and even stayed past closing time to ensure that all the necessary arrangements were made within the timeframe we needed. She patiently answered every question I had and made a very overwhelming process feel manageable. During the service the entire staff was polite, professional, and compassionate. Everything was handled with care and dignity, which meant so much to our family. What stands out most to me is that Jennifers support didnt end after the services. She has continued to stay in touch and has checked in on my well-being. The family can't say enough good things about Marshall's Mortuary.would give them 10 stars out of 5. They went above for us with loving care. They returned phones and went out of their way to take care of us and our loved one. They cared about us not just how much money they could get. We started with another place that the resthome said was good. That place was uncaring and just wanting more money. Marshall's picked up our love one from that place and we were relieve to know they were in truly caring hands. Truly a company that cares about the loves one and helping them thru a very hard time.

Cannot stress how much we reccomend Marshall's. We lost a family member on a Friday afternoon. Most of our family was driving/flying from out of state to come deal with matters for the weekend, and we were wanting to have things dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our plans were to have a quick simple unprepared viewing for immediate family, and have his body cremated directly after. No other company would provide this service and on short notice, but Marshall's saved the day. We called Monday, and Marshall's said we could view and have him cremated the very next day. Fred is a very honest, hardworking man and made the process effortless. He will work with you, and make things simple and flexible. Thank you for everything!

Monarch Society has been our family mortuary since 2004. My father was a military veteran and former POW. The good folks at Monarch Society made sure that all the appropriate military honors were set up, as well as a place for him at Fort Logan. They also took care of my mother, who was Japanese, and they made arrangements with the local Japanese church for her services at Fort Logan in 2016. Most recently we lost our son in 2024 who was also a veteran, and again the good folks at Monarch Society made sure that all the military honor arrangements for his services were made and great care were given to him and my family members. Sadly my husband passed away this last year and again Monarch Society took great care of him and my family. These folks feel like family and I am so grateful for the care they have given to all my loved ones, and eventually to me when my time comes.

The Monarch Society was a true blessing to us after the death of our son this year. They were very kind and respectful and patiently guided us through some of the most difficult moments of our lives. Justina was amazing.

My parents had not specified a cremation service in their wills, so we went with a recommendation from the hospice provider and it worked wonderfully: costs were transparent, communication was good, the online obituary service was smooth, the interactions were professional and compassionate, and they even delivered the remains to our home. The only reason for not giving Monarch a 5-star rating is that they could not provide a definitive timeline for completing the cremation.

First and foremost - the staff is so caring and supportive. I've experience this with other mortuaries in the past, but this is at a different level. I think it's to due with the difference in approach and technique. To be able to not only use only 5% of the traditional energy consumption of a regular cremation, but to know that the nutrient-dense liquid (aka: Tree Tea) can support our forests makes this a very special and giving way to support my loved one.

From the early stages of preplanning through the final process the experience was lovely! The staff did a great job of providing clear detailed information. The water cremation process itself is fascinating and when my mom was making her post life plans, she was intrigued by the many benefits of the process! When my mom passed they were caring gentle and respectful. They seemlessly took care of all of the details necessary to make the process smooth. I feel like me and my family were among friends.

My father's choice was always to be Horan & McConaty. His path had crossed with John Horan's and he thought highly of John. Our arrangements included a very public portion but a very private portion as well, in difficult locations, over two days and Ian handled all of our quirky requests and details with professionalism, grace, but most importantly a genuine sense of caring. Horan & McConaty provided an amazing service for our family. The service was very public and we had to work with many agencies and had many quick changes, the staff was always prepared. I also had H&M for my son's funeral and they did an amazing job- I highly encourage you to consider them.

From beginning to even after the cremation, A Basic Cremation offered heartfelt, professional support throughout. On top of all that, I found the costs of services very reasonable. Lastly, they follow up in the months after were very welcoming too. Thank you.

I just want to say THANK YOU! my son passed away in 2021 you guys were AMAZING KIND COMPASSIONATE CARING. I have a friend who just lost his son and all he wants is some time with his son before he is cremated. I wish I had known a head of time cause I would of sent them your way. Unfortunately there son is at a mortuary in Golden and he has been told 899.00 to see his son before he is cremated that is UNBELIEVABLE TO ME and it's 599.00 if there was no autopsy performed, I'm so discussed with that mortuary. You guys took care of it all took the time to make it happen for me and Iam so GRATEFUL TO YOU FOR THAT. A gesture of kindness goes a long long way. As parents the fact that we are even having to bury our child is hard enough but to be told 899.00 to see them 1 last time I can't even wrap my head around. Noone wants to find themselves in a position to use a funeral home. However, in the unfortunate circumstances you find yourself there you need a place you can trust. I worked with Andrei and Mila. They were upfront with all costs and were able to help me get thru the process of cremating my little sister. They were compassionate in my time of need and worked with her special circumstances. Ive struggled so deeply with the sudden and unexpected loss of my mother and having to be the one who found her. We arranged a viewing today with this funeral home and it has given me so much peace. No words can express just how comforting it was to see her again, in a much better state than the night she passed. My mother looked so beautiful, so at ease.
