Exceptional Funeral Services for My Father Losing my father was one of the hardest moments of our lives, and I had no idea where to begin with arranging his funeral. From the very first call, the team made the entire process so much easier and more manageable for us. When my father passed, I was unsure of how to coordinate a traditional Hindu cremation service. Barry and Veronica at Sacred space did an excellent job of listening and supporting my vision and exceeded my expectations for my fathers funeral. They covered every detail with such ease and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. When it came to the releasing of his ashes, they had my fathers ashes packed nicely in the urn I chose and we transported it over to Santa Cruz and were met by a wonderful team that took us out on a gorgeous yacht. This whole experience was so beautiful and I cant thank Barry and his team enough. God bless all of you. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I called sacred space funeral home the night my brother passed away unexpectedly and Barry was incredibly kind and empathetic in not only receiving my phone call so late, but explaining the entire process and walking me through everything. I have zero experience in funeral planning and I have no idea how I would have been able to navigate this experience without his help. He was able to make arrangements and allow us to have the burial day on a specific date we had wanted. He was there for every step of the way. He was also really experienced in understanding how different cultures handle funerals. Honestly I wish I could review this place more than 5 stars bc they deserve it

I am writing to share my exceptionally positive experience with Bay Area Mortuary, and particularly with Janet Morales, during a very difficult time for my family. When my mother passed away unexpectedly, we were overwhelmed with grief and the numerous arrangements that needed to be made. Our family is based in the Bay Area, and we wished to hold the viewing here, even though my mother was in Redding, California, four and a half hours away. I contacted Janet on her day off, a Saturday, and she immediately called her supervisor, explained our situation, and arranged for my mother to be picked up and transported to San Jose without delay. The driver even called me at 8:30 PM to confirm my mother was in their care, a deeply comforting gesture that brought me immense peace of mind. Janet continued to provide outstanding support, promptly responding to all my texts, calls, and emails, and guiding me through the necessary paperwork. Before I went with Darling Fischer Garden Chapel, I called a couple other funeral homes in the San Jose area. The other funeral homes didn't feel as warm and they weren't as informative. I spoke with Pam several months ago. She was very friendly and helpful with my pre-planning questions. I live out of state and I had to arrange funeral services over the phone and by email. Maribel was so thorough and responsive with all of the arrangements for my mother. The services went very well and all of my family was very happy with everything. All of the staff we worked with were very compassionate and helpful. A special thank you to Kristina, who worked both days of the services. She was great along with the rest of the team. The pricing is comparable to other funeral homes in the area.

Vanna Tran's service is superb. She went beyond her duty to help us prepare our father's funeral services. She responded to our phone, text, email inquiries anytime, days or evenings, weekends included. She explained everything in detail to help us make informed decisions. She offered to make a beautiful MP4 slides for us. After the burial service, we came back to the chapel after 5pm and she was still there waiting for us to collect our belongings. Her services and courtesy deserve better than 5 stars. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Petra and her team were incredibly empathetic, supportive, and helpful during a very difficult time. They ensured everything went smoothly and even went the extra mile to help confirm their sister funeral home in Campbell for our date when they were already booked.
