First I wanna say a huge thank you to Manuel he was a huge help and the sweetest soul! He exceeded our expectations and more& we had a home viewing for our beautiful mother from him pushing for the release of my mom to allowing us to keep her overnight was a huge plus for our family. we were able to have my moms casket customized for her farewell and he kept in touch with us everytime something came up . The best and memorable part was being able to do our moms makeup and hair for her viewing she was dressed and covered so we wouldnt get anything on her beautiful clothes ! Doughty-Calhoun-O'Meara did a wonderful job for us every step of the way. Our situation had many difficult dynamics but Bruce worked with us in an extremely professional and caring way. We will always be grateful for wonderful support at this difficult time.

Carlos was Exceptional and very patient and he was able to answer all of my questions. He made sure I had access to all the forms needed as well as sending them to in different ways in case I had an error with one of them. Carlos was quick to return any of my phone calls or emails never leaving me in the dark. I would recommend Carlos for anyone that may have a family need. I also worked with Jamie Lynn with a previous Family member. She was also exceptional, patient and very helpful.

My grandpa passed away recently and the support and service was great. We miss our grandpa, but he is resting now.

Loosing a loved one is never easy. Hillcrest Oscar and Rafa made this process so soothing and transferring plots was so easy to do. From the bottom of my heart I am trusty grateful for both Hillcrest and Funeraria del Angel Bakersfield for a soothing service thank you all.

Jack was awesome. I'm a death doula, educator and advocate and two things I hate about the funeral industry are the phony compassion tone of voice and the brutal up-selling to people in grief. I got NONE of that! Such a relief! Jack was a clear communicator, kind, and grounded. I got answers to my questions. The price was right. Not one single attempt to up-sell, and honestly, that's a first. Thank you for just doing the work that was needed with relative speed. Y'all rocked.

Jack of Alpine Online Cremation is a great man. My mother passed away in Kern county. We live in Los Angeles county. Jack was not only professional and empathetic to my situation, he made the most difficult time of my life so much easier. The price was affordable and payment options convenient. He even filled urn chains I ordered and shipped to him directly. He kept me informed about the process and everything that was going on. I took care of all my mother's needs via phone and email and I am very satisfied with the services. I know my mom was handled with care. Thank you Jack. Im so blessed to have Angels Cremation handle my moms cremation process. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and they care about their clients and family of their loved ones. Many years ago before my father passed away. He went to the Neptune society. So none of us kids have to do it. He got exactly what he wanted. Not long after my dad passed away. I did the same thing. I got everything taken care of for me I don't want my kids with the burden. And unfortunately, May 5th 2025 I lost my son. And I went to the Neptune society.They took care of everything with dignity would really recommend it

This service was very efficient and simple. Lupe was extremely helpful throughout the process and he was always available to answer our questions.

I think only one 4-year-old review is not all that helpful. I'd like to see others. Nonetheless, I live here and don't expect for my family to have any problems with this business. They're the only one I know of for miles around, so here's hoping they'd have some 5-star ratings as well.
