I just cant say enough about the experience my family and I had with the entire staff at Roseboro Mortuary. They met or exceeded our expectations during every step of this final journey for our loved one. Among other things, we appreciated the straightforward cost list, and the assistance with navigating the insurance company. The template for the obituary was a big plus. Danielle and her staff are compassionate and very professional. I recommend the highly.

I cant say enough kind words about this funeral home. I was referred to them by another funeral home outside of NC because I had to have my father transported to Charlotte and I was iffy at first because I wasnt sure how this all works. However the staff at Roseboros were very thoughtful and kind to my family during our time of mourning. They arrived early were super professional and I would refer ANYONE to them. Thank you thank you for being so amazing!

My father was under hospice for 1yr and I knew I would have to make arrangements one-day.I called Roseboro to get a quote they answered my call and gave me straight forward info, little did I know that I would be calling them back two weeks later.They have made this process so easy I am grateful.

My daughter passed away last month, unexpectedly. It is the worst thing I've ever experienced in my life. John and staff have been so amazing to me and my family, assisting us with sincere compassion and ensuring that, at least when it came to dealing with this part of her death, that there would be no worries or concerns. They have gone above and beyond to treat us like we are part of their own family. I cannot recommend Tribute & Tallent enough. They approach what they do with class, grace, and empathy. I hope no one has to experience what my family has been facing, but everyone at this business goes out of their way to let you know you are not facing grief alone. Thank you all so very much.

Not that I would wish any future death's in anyone's family but if you find yourself in that situation I surely recommend them.

They were reasonably priced and did not try to sell me anything additional or try to upgrade service. They listened to my wants and needs and planned accordingly. My mom's funeral was just 13 hours ago. Steve, Zach, and the rest of the staff were so wonderful to work with. Every detail explained well, no pressure, and outstanding communication throughout the whole process. This is the 4th family member we have entrusted Steve with to give a dignified & beautiful farewell. Reasonably priced. We gave them photos/music to make a video to use during visitation with a good amount of lead time & the final product as well as the flowers exceeded our expectations. Getting my mothers obituary done was really hard for me. I kept missing things, adding things, taking away only to add things back in. Matt hung in there and even know I was really over working him hard he never complained. Thank You Matt for going the extra mile. I also wanted to say the whole process was seamless.

Carolina cremation was so professional and supportive during our time of bereavement. They treated us like family. When they came to get my husband from hospice they let us have our time before taking him. And we needed that extra time and patience.

Carolina Mortuary Service is the best place to take care of your loved one. I'm in Ohio and my Mom lived down there in North Carolina and they have been so kind and helpful. They are patient and don't rush you off the phone. Of all the places I called and it was so so many they are by far the most caring. I would definitely recommend! I was struggling with money and they gave me a discount to help get her cremated. I now have her ashes home in a beautiful wooden box.

Beautiful place awesome hang out with your family and experience

When my father passed in April, and I live out of state, Terry and Tracy made it very easy to accomplish things over phone and computer. It was also nice to see that there is an aquamation facility in Charlotte - I have been wanting to use more eco-friendly options. As a director myself, I felt very comfortable talking with the staff as they made it very easy and I could tell that they were doing their best to be supportive.

I thought his ashes would be the thing I was the most grateful for, but this ink nose print is the most unexpected, precious thing Ive ever seen. Thank you for bringing our boy home to us �
