Dear Triad Cremation & Funeral Service Team, Navigating loss can be overwhelming and often presents more questions than answers. Following the unexpected passing of my father, Edward, I traveled to North Carolina to handle his arrangements. 5 stars is not enough. They helped me once before and when I needed help for a second time I didn't hesitate to contact them again. Extremely professional! You hear horror stories about funeral homes but George Brothers is on a level of their own. Never felt pressured, they cleared up every question I had, never rushed me, and made sure I was OK at every step of the way. Immensely grateful for them, I hope not to need help again, but when I do, I know exactly who I am contacting. God bless!

I had the privilege of working with the staff at Hanes/Guilford and they really helped my family through a difficult period. April Graves was warm and open to what our needs were and this streamlined the process of taking care of my mom's wishes without any difficulties. Took care of our boy during the winter storm when the roada were full of ice. Very patient with us as we asked questions along the way.

Eric and Kym were our first call when we knew we were losing our precious 13 year old cat Stewie. It was an emergency situation that I knew I could whole heartedly entrust with our final decision, and within the hour Eric was in my home to respectfully and peacefully take our boy to his final home. Kym was our major lifeline in communication and she handled our delicate moments with love and compassion. From the moment he left us to moment he arrived home in his beautiful customized box, his paw print ornaments and his fur all returned back to us in such a loving and caring way, right down to their daughter delivering our boy back home.
