If I could give them a ten I would from start to finish Mrs Gregory was top notch the rates were perfect and not one time did we feel like she was trying to sell us more then we needed she even gave us extra and explained everything with compassion I hope we don't need their services anytime soon but if so they will be our go to .My son will continue to rest in piece. My mother passed 12/23/2025. I called on Christmas Eve and was in there with Jacob on the 26th. He was amazing! We were worried about some things my mother had when she passed at the hospital and let him know. As soon as Kim had her, she called and let us know everything was there! She inventoried it and since we are out of town she is holding for us. We used Simple Service for my sister in 2022 as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They were so sweet and compassionate. Kay and Austin are wonderful. They take care of everything. When the men picked up my husband it was so respectful the way they did it. Before they took him the young men turned around facing the wall while I was saying goodbye. So so respectful. Everyone was Absolutely amazing!! I thank and appreciate all that they did.

There is not enough words to describe how respectful, personable and thoughtful this funeral home is. They treat you and your loved ones like family. Austin was ahead of my fathers funeral and I can not say enough amazing stuff about him or the whole staff Kay has. They were very detailed, cost conscious and even threw in a few surprises that made me smile on such a sad day. If the event arises again I will not use anyone else. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for the care they showed me and family in such a hard time.

Austin was super kind and helped us with a smooth process. During a time where we were struggling emotionally and not sure what to do, Austin made sure we were well taken care of and for that we are super grateful. I would recommend this service to anyone in need of a cremation for their pets.

Clayton was a very understanding and compassionate man. We lost our dog charlotte and my wife and I decided to stop by and inquire; the facility was warm and welcoming, Clayton was understanding and forthright about everything. We left her there at 11am and I was able to bring her back home at 330 that afternoon. Clayton also prepared two paw prints for us in remembrance. I would definitely recommend them for anyone.
