From the moment we walked through the doors, we were treated with the utmost compassion and care. Our funeral director, Katy, was an absolute rock for us. She guided us through every step of the process with patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to ensure our needs were met. Katy went above and beyond, becoming almost like family to us during this difficult time. The level of attention to detail from the entire McLean team was remarkable. Little touches, like having a separate cookie oven where they offered us fresh baked cookies while we discussed the arrangements, made a world of difference. 10/10, I recently used them after losing my family dog they came and handled everything with so much care and grace . I did not know that pet burial was an option with them but if youre in the area and looking for someone please give them a call .
