I want to thank Bailey's Funeral Home. After reading the ME's report, I can't begin to tell you the hesitation I felt to say goodbye to my "Big Girl". When I say they did an excellent job, believe me, they did an outstanding job. Her hair, brows, and make-up were immaculate. They even took the time to give her a full set of nails -- in her favorite color, PINK. And everyone who knew Kianna knows she would have loved that. She looked like the beautiful woman we all knew she was, and as a father, this was the first time I could actually see my baby as a grown woman.

Words cannot express my appreciation to this funeral home. They are kind and wonderful and helped me through my difficult time with the passing of my husband. I never had to do this before, and the entire staff guided me through the entire process. Thank you so much. I highly recommend.

First of all, if youre looking at funeral home reviews, you a) know someone who is dying and are making preparations; b) are making arrangements for someone who has died; or c) are looking into paying for and laying the groundwork for your own funeral. My condolences if a or b; I applaud your forward thinking if c, and respect your decision not to force those who will make your funeral arrangements guess, especially if you dont have a will. Required reading: look up the FTCs Funeral Rule. You may be grieving or feeling some other strong emotion, but you still need to do your due diligence. Shop around; you dont want to have regrets about something like this later. On to Reddens: Dave and Jim were the two I interacted the most with; they treated me with unfailing courtesy and patience, and answered my every question even on Christmas Eve. Though I'm not really religious, I know that holiday is important to some, and even if it's not, they need a break, too, perhaps more so than

We used this funeral home for a relative and wow the staff wise amazing. They took there time to explain everything to us. They didn't try to force us to pay a high price but provided all options of what is required and what is optional. The space is clean and comfortable. One thing I truly appreciated is that the space is bright and lots of lights. Many funeral homes are dark and depressing. But this place was warm and inviting space . They took care of contacting the cemetery for us and picking up the body . They were in constant communication with us. They also provided a website for our loved one that all could go to and digital video based on photos we provided. If you are in need of services I highly recommend them.

I had my fathers funeral here about 7 years ago and most recently had my mothers funeral arrangements done here. They did an amazing job with my parents. Kayla , is an amazing funeral director. She made my mom look so beautiful for the wake. She listened to our concerns and accommodated all of our needs . We had to change the date at the last minute due to the Snow storm. Kayla and her team jumped in right away to make the necessary changes at the last minute to be able to allow for the date change. Losing a loved one is very difficult. Its super stressful to plan your parents funeral but Kayla and the team at Provenzano went above and beyond and made things a lot easier and less stressful. They are true professional. The place is very nice and decorated . The upstairs room can accommodate many people and there is a separate sitting area for close family and kids. Very clean and high end looking. Bathrooms were upgraded and look brand new. I cant say enough about the team at P

Kayla and her team were exceptional! The care with which they treated our family and guests during the service for my mother was beyond compare. During the arrangements Kayla worked with us closely to create an atmosphere in which we could celebrate the 102 years that my mother lived. Everything went perfectly as planned, and while we mourned her loss we were happy to see that she was treated like the Queen she was.

This funeral home provided an amazing experience during one of the hardest times of my life. Keila was compassionate, attentive, and incredibly supportive, even with many last-minute changes -she handled everything without hesitation and never made me feel like I was asking for too much. The ceremony was beautiful, and the military honors for my husband, who served in the Navy, including taps and the folding of the flag, were deeply moving. Keila also arranged a Zoom call just for my sister who couldnt attend, which meant so much to our family. Everything was handled with dignity, care, and genuine kindness. When my aunt passed suddenly the afternoon before Thanksgiving, I had no idea what to do. Joel picked up the phone and walked me through each step related to cremation patiently and thoroughly. He checked in when he said he would, and everyone I interacted with was so helpful and clear. They handled all the details with great care and consideration. Last week I got the worse call ever my sissy/cousin passed, I was devastated confused and lost, I live in Jersey and my family member lived in New York. I called so many different places in NY and was not satisfy with the way I was treated. Then I called here, wow!! The first 5 seconds of my conversation with Jennifer I knew this was the place. She was so kind and mostly so understanding and made me feel so much better she explained everything step by step, took all my calls and if she wasnt available at the time , I would leave a Message and she would call me back immediately to answer all my questions and concerns. Everyone was so kind. They made the arrangements for my husbands cremation very easy. I felt the cost was fair. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the caring treatment my family and I received during our time of incredible grief. She helped me through the process with an outstanding viewing and funeral. I then worked with Joel when my friend, a retired NYPD officer, passed in May 2024. He went above and beyond by calling the NYPD to have uniformed officers conduct the funeral of one of their fallen brothers. Both Jennifer and Joel have my full referral for any of your funeral needs they are the greatest!!

I graduated from AAMI in 2019 and had a great experience. The instructors were knowledgeable and the program prepared me well for the licensing exams and for working in funeral service. The online format was convenient and well-organized, making it easier to balance school with everyday life. Id recommend AAMI to anyone looking to enter the funeral profession.

Theresa handled my husbands cremation service back in 2020 during the height of COVID. I remember her being very kind, professional and extremely efficient. Fast forward to more than 4 years now, I needed some important documents from the funeral home for my lawyer, so I called. She picked up the call very timely and after introducing myself, she told me she remembered me and asked me how I was doing. I felt her sincerity and genuine empathy and I am very thankful for her for all that she has done for me. I told her what I needed and she told me to give her an hour, not a day or some vague timeframe, an hour AND the amazing thing is & she emailed me the documents within 20 minutes!!! Highly recommend! Theresa was polite, respectful, and had a soothing way about her from my first phone call when I was shopping around. She was understanding and made me feel welcome to come back. She was prompt with her responses and patient with us as we had decisions to make. She was the lowest cost in the area with highest quality service. I liked how she included everything in her price. I would recommend Century Direct Funeral Home Services again and again due to Theresa Ventimiglia. She is the real deal. Genuinely compassionate. Very adept and intelligent. I would not be surprised if she was the valedictorian of her class. One of the things I most appreciated about Theresa was her excellent communication skills. She explained things so well. Very thorough. The details meant a lot! I found her to be such a comfort and a calm to the storm of my emotions and feeling overwhelmed at the sudden loss of my father. Due to Covid-19 and to avoid exposure meeting her at the funeral home, Theresa said she could instead meet me at my hotel (45 minutes away guesstimate), to handle the paper work. I could not ask for better treatment at the most difficult of times than that I received from Ron Rogers and Kayla Fountaine at the Manhattan Jewish Funeral Home. Ron not only worked with me to plan a wonderful funeral for my wife, but he worked tirelessly to get her body back from Morocco, where she had died suddenly. And Kayla picked my wifes body up from the airport late into the evening and prepared her body for viewing and burial well into the morning. The funeral was a complete success, with photos of my wife on a screen that funeral goers saw as they entered the building and a room large enough to hold all attendees. Ron also engineered the burial of my wifes body at the Town of Rhinebeck Natural Burial Ground and gave me advice on the perfect rabbi for the gravesite service. I cannot say enough about the help and attention I received when I needed it the most.
