When I say they did an excellent job, believe me, they did an outstanding job. Her hair, brows, and make-up were immaculate. First of all, if youre looking at funeral home reviews, you a) know someone who is dying and are making preparations; b) are making arrangements for someone who has died; or c) are looking into paying for and laying the groundwork for your own funeral. My condolences if a or b; I applaud your forward thinking if c, and respect your decision not to force those who will make your funeral arrangements guess, especially if you dont have a will. Required reading: look up the FTCs Funeral Rule. You may be grieving or feeling some other strong emotion, but you still need to do your due diligence. I seldom write reviews, but felt I must for Wah Wing Sang Funeral Home because of how much my family and I appreciated them when my mother passed. During this difficult time, the funeral director and his brother handled everything for us. They were kind, understanding, and responsive, even when I called several times in the middle of the night and had no clue about Chinese funeral traditions. They were accommodating and provided gentle guidance and assistance, from explaining Chinese funeral customs and presenting options for the funeral. With the loss of our beloved mother, our emotions were in turmoil so cost was far from our minds, but Wah Wing Sang offered us a very reasonable traditional Chinese funeral package. Everything was spelled out, and we were not pressured on what to select. My mother spoke only Chinese, my generation was not fluent, and our kids and grandkids understood little to no Chinese. We used this funeral home for a relative and wow the staff wise amazing. They took there time to explain everything to us. They didn't try to force us to pay a high price but provided all options of what is required and what is optional. The space is clean and comfortable. One thing I truly appreciated is that the space is bright and lots of lights. Many funeral homes are dark and depressing. But this place was warm and inviting space . They took care of contacting the cemetery for us and picking up the body . They were in constant communication with us. They also provided a website for our loved one that all could go to and digital video based on photos we provided. If you are in need of services I highly recommend them.

I had my fathers funeral here about 7 years ago and most recently had my mothers funeral arrangements done here. They did an amazing job with my parents. Kayla , is an amazing funeral director. She made my mom look so beautiful for the wake. She listened to our concerns and accommodated all of our needs . We had to change the date at the last minute due to the Snow storm. Kayla and her team jumped in right away to make the necessary changes at the last minute to be able to allow for the date change. Losing a loved one is very difficult. Its super stressful to plan your parents funeral but Kayla and the team at Provenzano went above and beyond and made things a lot easier and less stressful. They are true professional. The place is very nice and decorated . The upstairs room can accommodate many people and there is a separate sitting area for close family and kids. Very clean and high end looking. Kayla and her team were exceptional! The care with which they treated our family and guests during the service for my mother was beyond compare. During the arrangements Kayla worked with us closely to create an atmosphere in which we could celebrate the 102 years that my mother lived. My mom passed away unexpectedly in August. Completely in shock we called Woodward and was greeted by Kendall. Before assisting us she offered her condolences and guided us through the process of receiving my mom's remains from the hospital. She made an appointment for us to come in the next morning to start the process. After signing the paperwork we were given an appointment to start the funeral process and what we needed to bring. We met the following morning with Simona. She assured me that they had no problems with picking my mom up from the hospital and we began planning. I called All Boro to have my mother cremated this week, and from start to finish the staff was amazing. Monica, Yvonne, and Rose answered every one of my questions  and I had many.
