So I have heard so many rumors about this place but you know that's just want they are rumors. Idc what anyone says I give this place a 5 I have been going here for as long as I can remember for family and friends who have passed. But never have I had to plan a funeral before til now. My baby sister passed away and her husband made it to where both of us made decisions on my sisters behalf. She was 26. I'm 32 and her husband is 27 so ya we are still young. So we went to this place not knowing anything what to do where to go how to do anything what to pick or what was the best for the best for my baby sister. Who what where and how we didn't know. Sherri and Judy did everything for us. They was amazing they was very nice. Friendly. Patient they was also honest about everything they helped us step by step it deff made it so much easier for us. They got everything done so fast and in a great time. My sister has already been cremated and the services are already done finished. And

Everyone is very professional, polite, and empathetic. They were extremely patient and understanding as we settled the estate of my grandmother and couldn't make the whole payment up front. As long as you communicate well, they will go above and beyond to work with you. Highly recommend them for a peaceful and stress free process for your loved one and family to go through.

I would highly recommend Stevens; we have worked with them to make arrangements for 3 beloved family members over about a 10 year span of time, and they have shown timely, compassionate, and caring service to us each time. In the difficult process of losing loved ones, Stevens has shown great professionalism with true compassion to our family.

100000 out of 5 stars. My entire family highly recommends Legacy to anyone who sadly needs their service. Everyone at Legacy was so wonderful and helpful. After my Uncle passed, Carrie (funeral home director) went above and beyond working with my family and my aunt. She even took an emergency weekend call and followed up with my aunt the next day to just check on her! They helped with every details and accommodated every need. The day of our service, Greg was also absolutely amazing. Our family is sitting around the table talking about how wonderful he was to each of us. Checking on our family members, being so sweet, and making sure everyone was taken care of. He was so kind, calm, and a breath of fresh air amongst the chaos of the day. They truly did a beautiful job and did it with so much kindness and grace. We highly recommend to anyone.

Eskenazi Hospital recommended Legacy to me due to financial worries. Ted went above and beyond in giving me guidance in helping me figuring out my mother's insurance (Thank God her heath insurance that paid 90% of her cremation) Ted helped me out also by understanding that this is my first death dealing I am dealing with by myself. Thank God for my work mother Tammy for also helping me out.

My wife passed away pretty quick from cancer. We had not set up any planning before hand other than she wanted to be cremated. O'Riley - Branson is next door to our church and I knew I wanted to use them. From the hospital notifying O'Riley-Branson to the day we picked up the remains, the services and the people at O'Riley - Branson were great. Me and my two sons went in and met with Tim Blessing. He and the team treated us with compassion, sympathy, and professionalism. The different options were laid out perfectly and easy to sort through. Once we picked what we wanted, their team took over and did the rest. The programs, flowers, guestbook, thank you cards, and follow ups were way more than we expected. Everyone who attended the services told me and the boys what a great job O'Riley - Branson did.

The folks at O'Reilly's were extremely caring and understanding of our needs for the arrangements for my dad's funeral services. They are the best!

I unfortunately had two family members die within a few days of each other. The Newcomer staff was respectful to my depth of grief. I am grateful to the staff for their care to give me time to grieve while at the funeral home. The Garden Room and the Viewing Room were beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, with plenty of seating. It was especially thoughtful to have a dedicated space for food and drinks, as well as a separate area for the children in our family, which meant so much to us during a difficult time. My Son and I came in to see you stunned with grief from the loss of John, my spouse and Adam's father. I may not have remembered every detail we went through together, but I remember the caring manner of the words and the jesters from everyone at Flanner Buchanan. I asked about certain things from Doug (a true Godsend) as fingerprints from my spouse. And so many more and he made it feel like such a doable request. He had the softest touch with all of us. At the Mass, we were not sure of the process of the blend of funeral and Mass, but Doug guided us through it all with lovingness and care. Afterwards, Doug called to check on me several times, and that really made such a difference. What a beautiful loving staff at Flanner Buchanan. Thank you for making an incredibly difficult time more than doable.

The staff at Simple Cremation was incredibly kind and compassionate. Before I made the call, I had anticipated that the advertised price would be significantly higher due to upselling tactics. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no sales pressure and I paid the advertised price, their sole focus was on assisting me during this difficult time. I had the pleasure of working with funeral directors Dan and Cecil. When I collected my brothers ashes, I met, English, who was incredibly comforting and understanding. Losing my cousin in December was one of the most difficult experiences I had to face. This was my first time dealing with funeral arrangements, and on top of the grief, I had the overwhelming responsibility of arranging for my cousins remains to be transported to our native country, Pakistan. I had countless questions and needed immediate assistance. The Sprowl, took care of our family and made sure things ran smoothly . Heather was extremely helpful , attentive caring and we felt as if she was apart of the family . Heather made sure everything was taking care of from start to finish. Coming all the way from California to attend a funeral. It was a beautiful facility and staff checked in, constantly to make sure everything was running accordingly. The facility is 100% clean, organized and has great excellent customer service.
