Flanner Buchanan - Geist Funeral and Cremation

My Son and I came in to see you stunned with grief from the loss of John, my spouse and Adam's father. I may not have remembered every detail we went through together, but I remember the caring manner of the words and the jesters from everyone at Flanner Buchanan. I asked about certain things from Doug (a true Godsend) as fingerprints from my spouse. And so many more and he made it feel like such a doable request. He had the softest touch with all of us. At the Mass, we were not sure of the process of the blend of funeral and Mass, but Doug guided us through it all with lovingness and care. Afterwards, Doug called to check on me several times, and that really made such a difference. What a beautiful loving staff at Flanner Buchanan. Thank you for making an incredibly difficult time more than doable.
