David Estephan from Cedar Hill Mortuary provided outstanding and professional service to my family and me. During a time of grief and mourning for a loved one, David was direct, kind, and accommodating to our needs. He promptly answered my phone calls, explained the protocol, and was timely. Cedar Hill Mortuary was very helpful, and I am incredibly thankful for their support.

I'm from Hungary, from Europe Union. My father lived 30 years in LA and died in September 2024 at Glendale Adventist hospital. I've pick this company based on the close location to the hospital and the price. I aksed for a cremation within an extra short time as I had to come back to Europe. Overall I had a very positive experience with the company, they arranged me the cremation with visitaion so I was able to see my father for the last time and say goodbye to him. The cremation was arranged within a week(!) at Day & Night at Van Nuys, they gave a very professional service and were very polite, respectful. The lady at the office was very helpful and we could arrange all the paperwork with ease. I gave only four star as I was a little bit disappointed how my father body was transferred away from the hospital to the creamtion site. I would have exptected more respect with caring the body. Would highly recommend Jenny and her team at Han Kook. We had a family member nearing end of life, so wanted to plan ahead of time. After talking with several providers, went with Han Kook as Jenny was sincerely interested in helping us through this difficult time and our concerns. And when the day unfortunately came, Ricky and Jenny were there to help make arrangements very early morning Sunday. We met the next day and they helped us understand the next steps and where they could help. All went according to plan and they were always available to provide updates as we moved through the process. Again, would highly recommend Han Kook and Jenny - they helped make the best of a difficult task to honor the passing of a loved one.

My mom passed away at the hospital and came to mortuary to sign release papers. That took care of everything. From picking up my mom from the hospital. I was greaful for smooth transitions. I recommend this mortuary highly. Thank you for making everything very smoothly for me and my family.

My father passed away in the wee hours of the morning and Ricky picked up right away and was extremely helpful. Jenny helped us with consultation the next morning and she was amazingly helpful and polite. We also received our death certificate right away and was very helpful in helping us navigate through a very difficult time. The prices are very reasonable and I recommend Hankook Mortuary very highly.

The one detail I overlooked, knowing that my husband was at the end stage of his life, was where to send him when he passed. I was given a list of funeral homes at the hospital but searching for the right one was daunting. Luckily someone at his assisted living facility recommended Clarity Funerals and Cremation. I did some research and felt comfortable calling them to start the process. I worked with Bailey on our plans for cremation. She kept me informed, answered any question I had and promptly responded to all of my emails. I feel lucky to have landed in their care during this very emotional time.

My brother passed away in California. I live in New York. All questions were answered directly or there online forms . The site is very detailed oriented. At an upsetting time having my brother cremated and sent to me was made easy Karen/Matt F

I never experienced a costumer service with this level of high quality in my 62 years of life. Wesleigh Neville is built for its job with efficiency, compassion and care.

I cannot thank Wesleigh and Jonathan enough for their kindness. From my very first inquiry, they were incredibly caring and professional. Despite the holiday season being just days away, Wesleigh went above and beyond to expedite the process, returning my mothers ashes to me in record time. When I arrived to drop off her urn, they even had everything ready that same day. I also was going to order small urn keepsakes for a few family members, I was so happy to see they carried these in office and I purchased three. Thank you for being so efficient, communicative, and affordable during such a hard time. Best wishes to the entire team.

My father-in-law passed away and Serenity Funeral and Cremation came highly recommended from the sheriffs department, (My father-in-law was a retired LA County Sheriff Captain), and Daniel was not only incredibly professional, he was kind, compassionate, and truly showed respect to my father-in-law. Death is HARD, there is no way around it. But having someone to help honor your loved one, to take care of them in the way you can only pray for, that is priceless. Daniel was communicative and helped to ensure all of our plans ran smoothly. We are so thankful for the kindness shown and the love given to us in this difficult time.

The funeral team provided truly compassionate and professional support. Their flexibility meant everything to us; they accommodated our requests and adjustments without hesitation and helped coordinate transportation across different locations smoothly and respectfully. A special thank you to Juan Carlos, who went above and beyond as our coordinator. He took care of every detail, big and small, so our family didnt have to carry that burden. He was patient, responsive, and always adjusting plans as needed to make sure everything flowed seamlessly. We are deeply grateful for the care, dignity, and respect they showed our loved one and our family. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing support during such a sensitive time.

Esmeralda is the person who helps us with our dad's services. She's a great person. I love how she'll call for every detail for the whole process of our dad's funeral service. I was recommended by a friend. And will also recommend them 100%.

I saw they put barbed wire along the perimeter fence. My grandpa said it was because people were dying to get in.

I never thought I'd be writing a review for a funeral home. My spouse wanted to be cremated so here we are! I contacted a few larger chain funeral homes and just didn't feel the connection over the phone.

In the most difficult of times, Valley Memorial had the at most caring approach towards our grieving family and helped us thru one of our most difficult time

The team at Valley Memorial Funeral Home made a difficult time much easier. They were always very helpful and responsive, answering any questions even after we had booked. The facility is peaceful, and they offer beautiful flower arrangements you can purchase directly. Highly recommend for compassionate and dignified service.

I want to say few things about this company. Theyre very nice and respectful people. Very helpful and knowledgeable and they have top-notch customer service. I hope you never need services like this but if you do try them you will not regret thank you again whoever manages this place
