It's a small personal feeling place. I'm happy with them. Included was a site on line for people to tell their experience s and pictures which I didn't expect.

With a sudden loss it was difficult to make an immediate decision. I was given a list of names and I called 4 on the list. After being told $3300 for cremation services I was very upset. The other three places were not much different. So I Googled and the very first place that came up was Simple Cremation. I called and the lady's voice was kind and put me at ease quickly. They handled everything and I'm so glad that I just Googled them. My suggestion would be to have them added to the list sunrise hospital gives out.

The wife and I decided to be proactive for once instead of reactive! Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have been faced with our own mortality, so we met with Brittney from Simple Cremation and had a very pleasant and dare I say fun experience planning our final arrangements! The conversation ranged from current events to our favorite pastimes, recreational activities! And we managed to squeeze in some time to do the actual cremation planning! Brittany was fun and actually listened to what we wanted and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need or want.

Jamel was so kind, respectful and professional. He came to pick up our loved one and explained the process. It felt like he was sharing in our grief.

Overall experience was excellent, staff was friendly and explained every detail. Would recommend.

I was totally unprepared to deal with the passing of my wife. Sara and Heather did a wonderful job leading me through the process, making it much easier and straightforward than I expected. They were patient with me and answered all of my questions, and were professional and sympathetic at all times. I cannot recommend Simple Cremations services highly enough. Mom was receiving Hospice care and declining. I recently moved to Las Vegas and had no idea of which funeral home to assist me and my family with getting Mom back to the East Coast. A lot of people gave me recommendations but I didn't feel 100% comfortable with them. I wondered who would treat her with respect and who could we trust to explain all of the details, costs, logistics etc...involved. After my husband and I had a long conversation with one of the Hospice minister she had a sense of who we were, what are faith was and our values, she said, "You have to chose Giddens Memorial Chapel." So, we did. When Mom passed, eventhough it was very early in the morning, Mr. Kyle Giddens showed up promptly. He answered all of our questions, gave us 2 or 3 ways of contacting him and provided us with instruction on what the next steps would be. He treated Mom with care, dignity and respect. The service was flawless, the director Dana was amazing from start to finish, having to plan from a distance she made it seamless and easy and reassured me everything would turn out beautiful and it did. Her team Roland, Armani, and Keyons and Maria were all amazing they showed empathy, sympathy, and welcomed us all in gracefully. They all did amazing and we are forever thankful to have found them. Highly recommend this place if youre wanting to give your beloved the farewell they deserve. From every question to every detail they were able to bring it to life even the last min request without hesitation or complaint they didnt make us feel like a burden. Anytime there's a loss, I refer the family to Serenity. Mr. Bailey always answers my call. He's always kind, sympathetic, professional and actionable in assisting with families. They've handled crematory, memorial services for my family members. Their services are reasonably priced.

The staff at Neptune society is caring,they show empathy and take the time to insure all questions are understood.They know in time of grief we don't always have the attention of what matters so they step up and offer a hand to guide you to the completion you want for your love one.

This package was purchased in 2017 and when I called at 3 am ,they were there with a very professional driver within an hour and the phone conversations with Neptune Society were compassionate and helpful. when I went to Neptune Robin had everything ready and even made extra death certificate copies. If anyone seeing this is considering cremation, I would recommend Neptune so thank you.

My dad died in 2021 from Covid. He was in Nevada, and I am in Oregon, so I was very concerned it would be a nightmare to handle (travel bans in place, plus I have an immune condition myself) . They were quick and efficient, and made everything simple, which was extremely appreciated, as I was exhausted, had never been through a death like this, and was the only person to handle the arrangements. They offered aquamation; my father was in the Navy and loved the water, so this was a nice tribute (they made sure to mention his service record in the death certificate as well). This review is late, but I wanted to add it. Thank you for being compassionate and not over-complicating an already difficult situation.

This was our second time going through Palm S Jones and again they far exceeded our expectations. In 2024 my father passed and I had no idea what to do , Id called to several mortuaries and off all of them the sincere empathy, sympathy and compassion that the ladies here gave me was initially what drew me in. From there, every interaction from questions to our many changes lol were always met with willingness to help and to truly give us what we wanted for our Fathers final arrangements . Julie was my contact after My wife Claudette died. When I visited her in her office she was so compassionate and professional and helped me through the process. She helped pick out an urn with a horse and beautiful wooden box. SheShe came with me when I saw Claudette before cremation. She stayed with me while I viewed my wife. She patiently stayed with me while I got to tell her some stories how Claudette was such a wonderful person. She comforted me during my crying and is such a loving person. The staff at Palms mortuary was very kind and gentle. We met with Mike and he walked us through the process and even offered kindly suggestions on how we could proceed. When my family and I went to make the arrangements for my mom, we were regretting the entire process. But as it turned out, it was the best decision we ever made. They took such good care of my mom, and she looked so peaceful. We couldnt even believe that the final outcome was done so well and respectful. I liked the idea of compost MUCH better than cremation or burial. Earth has a superb website which guided me effortlessly through the enrollment process. We recently enrolled my wife as well. Great staff, great communication, made the process of cremation for my father a smooth process. I was a bit lost but Erika Walked me through everything and made sure all arrangements were completed as needed. Erika was who assisted me the whole way. I bought necklaces from Amazon for my dad ashes and they even filled them for me. I definitely recommend if your family is in need of these services.
