My cousin and his wife wisely chose the Neptune Society years ago when they were still healthy. She predeceased my cousin in 2023 and he was comforted, I know, by Neptune's empathy and efficiency. My cousin, himself, just passed away in December 2025 and I stepped in to work with the Neptune Society. I was impressed by how proactive and responsible they were in making all the arrangements. And they were compassionate to a fault - including a call several weeks later just to make sure that we all were doing okay. Five stars.

Our pup past in her sleep from old age. It was just her time. I had just had surgery and had no way to move her on my own. Thank you for coming as quickly as you did to pick her up. They handled my sister's cremation. They were very friendly and helpful, only issue was price was never discussed and person who recommended them gave me a price and when I received it it was a little more than I expected. Overall services were done in a timely manner.

Brandy was great! I initially advised her of the potential funeral date and she made every effort to have it all processed before then. She was very detailed and informative of the entire process and even spoke kind and encouraging words to me while I was enduring the passing of my father. Highly recommend this business to anyone!
