They were the most thoughtful and considerate people I have ever had to deal with under the circumstance. They walked you through every step of the way and they give you the one on one interactions you would really want from a place like this. They listened to what you wanted and expected and didn't try to up sale you in anyway. They truly care about your loved ones and you.

From picking up her body in Nashville, TN, to lowering her coffin in Memphis, TN, they handled every detail seamlessly across the state and were always just one phone call away. They gently guided me through each step, including obtaining the death certificate, and struck the perfect balance between professionalism and heartfelt compassion. Because of them, I was able to focus on grieving and supporting my family, knowing my mother was being honored with the utmost care. Smith Funeral Directors were wonderful to work with both before and after the passing of my father. Their pre-planning arrangements were easy to navigate, and they answered all of our questions. The handling of funeral arrangements was seamless including preparation of the body, viewing, and service in their chapel. Mr. Melvin and Mr. Jai were very nice, responsive, and showed grace. Its taken a few days to put these words together after the loss of our beautiful boy. The day our beautiful boy took his last breath was the darkest day of our lives. We knew we wanted him cremated & more importantly, we wanted him back home as soon as possible. Thanks to the incredible service Faithful Companion offers to mourning guardians, that was a reality. Our beautiful boy was back home the next day & we could breathe again. We cannot express enough how this process was bearable because of Ms. Kelsey & Ms. Ronesha. From my first call with Ms. Kelsey to get information to the arrival at their beautiful facility to drop off our baby, we felt peace. Ms. Ronesha was patient, compassionate, understanding, & a true professional explaining the cremation process to us as well as selecting the perfect urn for our angel. We used Faithful Companions Pet Cremation Services, though all arrangements were handled through our veterinarian, so I didnt know who was providing the cremation until they contacted us. Our dog was euthanized at 5:00 PM on a Thursday. On Saturday morning, we received an unexpected call saying they were five minutes away and ready to bring Sasha back home. Those words were simple but meant a lot in that moment, and they were delivered with care and respect. The person we spoke with was kind, professional, and clearly understood how difficult this was for us. The urn and engraving were beautiful and exceeded our expectations, and the remains were returned in a sealed fabric bag rather than plastic. This was a very hard experience, and Faithful Companions handled it with professionalism and compassion, which we greatly appreciated.

Music City Mortuary handled the transportation of my grandmother. The representative who came to transport the corpse was incredibly compassionate and professional. He treated the body with respect and reverence. He was empathetic and kind, allowing us all the time we wanted to say goodbye. I cannot recommend MCM enough. I am grateful for my experience at the Cremation Company. They were very kind and compassionate throughout the whole process. They were quick to return calls, were very efficient, and the process was more affordable than all of the other places. The turnaround time for the actual cremation was also very quick in comparison to other companies.

I cannot say enough good thing's on how wonderful The Cremation Company was to work with. Had a good friend who was transferred from a Chattanooga hospital to a Nashville hospital. He passed away in Nashville. I first contacted a local funeral home, one that I used for my prearrangements. Thought that would help me on getting R back home for a reasonable price. I was wrong. They quoted me a price that was more than fours times greater. Over $4000. I then contacted The Cremation Company. Could not be more pleased. Worked with Emmie and Chuck. They and all the staff that I worked with, were truly professional, compassionate and courteous. They walked me through the entire process and thoroughly explained all that needed to be done. I cannot express the absolute deep gratitude from my heart from Miss Caitlin and Mrs Madison these two women were my absolute Rock when my mom passed away on August 8th she passed away so suddenly while I was feeding her to have to go through this alone is the worst feeling in the world when it's your mother I lost the son in 2001 on Mother's Day. My mom handled everything to have to plan everything and figure everything out by myself was extremely overwhelming frustrating and being able to grieve at the same time I didn't know if I was coming or going when I tell you this place is absolutely the best place I have ever been to it's the only Crematory I've ever been to but it will be the only one I ever go to I will most definitely be buying a pre-package Crematory deal with them or whatever you call it I never want my kids to have to go through what I went through but in the end they made me feel like family they made me laugh they allowed me to cry with no questions ask this is not on
