The Cremation Company

I am grateful for my experience at the Cremation Company. They were very kind and compassionate throughout the whole process. They were quick to return calls, were very efficient, and the process was more affordable than all of the other places. The turnaround time for the actual cremation was also very quick in comparison to other companies.

I cannot say enough good thing's on how wonderful The Cremation Company was to work with. Had a good friend who was transferred from a Chattanooga hospital to a Nashville hospital. He passed away in Nashville. I first contacted a local funeral home, one that I used for my prearrangements. Thought that would help me on getting R back home for a reasonable price. I was wrong. They quoted me a price that was more than fours times greater. Over $4000. I then contacted The Cremation Company. Could not be more pleased. Worked with Emmie and Chuck. They and all the staff that I worked with, were truly professional, compassionate and courteous. They walked me through the entire process and thoroughly explained all that needed to be done. They took what could have been a difficult process and made it a pleasant experience. They truly provided 5 Star care. God bless everyone there for their compassion and care!!! O�dO�d

I cannot express the absolute deep gratitude from my heart from Miss Caitlin and Mrs Madison these two women were my absolute Rock when my mom passed away on August 8th she passed away so suddenly while I was feeding her to have to go through this alone is the worst feeling in the world when it's your mother I lost the son in 2001 on Mother's Day. My mom handled everything to have to plan everything and figure everything out by myself was extremely overwhelming frustrating and being able to grieve at the same time I didn't know if I was coming or going when I tell you this place is absolutely the best place I have ever been to it's the only Crematory I've ever been to but it will be the only one I ever go to I will most definitely be buying a pre-package Crematory deal with them or whatever you call it I never want my kids to have to go through what I went through but in the end they made me feel like family they made me laugh they allowed me to cry with no questions ask this is not on
