Unfortunately for my family, my father had been put on hospice and pretty quickly passed, so I had to start looking around at funeral homes and planning a service. I was very impressed with how personable and professional our experience with Jandy was. She was very caring and extremely empathetic, and did not rush us when making decisions (I had an experience with another funeral home that came across as high pressure sales, but that was NOT our experience with Omega). From start to finish, Jandy took great care of us and my dad following his passing. I will always be so grateful to Jandy and Omega for the ease of planning a service, and how cared for we felt.

My husband and I wanted to prearrange our cremation to save our family the difficult task when the time comes. The agent, Daniel, worked with us couldnt have been any better to deal with. He walked us through the process patiently and thoroughly and applied no pressure to make a decision. He answered all of our many questions and made us comfortable with our choice. Im sure weve made a good decision going with a company that has such a great presenter of the services and the mechanics of paperwork. It was all handled online, which my husband originally was opposed to. But, Daniel was made even him comfortable to sign electronically. Protect successfully completed.

We have used Zellers for family members over the decodes and just recently for my father. Astin is warm, thoughtful, responsive - I cant say enough.

Zeller was compassionate but inexperienced funeral director &. Make up should have been applied to the mark on our loved ones head & his tie was Crocked and the flag was Displayed on the casket incorrectly

20+ years ago I used to work in this service industry. I thought I knew great service back then as I was part of the group to provide it. Fast forward to today. No tragedy to navigate, thankfully. Just me, saving my family added future headache in making arrangements for me. I made them. Today - when I'm perfectly able to do so. The staff is fantastic. Especially Tyler Waud. He took me through the current system of detailed arrangements. Easy, understandable, thorough, kind and thoughtful. I've got what's needed, my family will not have a single worry about final arrangements or wonder about my wishes. It's all there. I'm very grateful to be able to recommend Holman's without hesitation!!

My dad passed away 24 years ago the staff and Riverview were amazing they came to our house and explain everything they were doing and they helped us plan his service and the obituary and they truly care about your family. I would recommend them. My mom is choosing to be cremated there and buried with my dad and myself will be buried there too. Tonya is great help when it comes to the funeral planning

We were treated with respect and professionalism. We live in California & were unable to attend my Uncle Glenn's burial, however, his Care givers were treated as family and said how beautiful the grounds were & how friendly Becky was at the time of the burial. Afterwards, Becky sent us a thank you note along with her business card & a packet of Forget me not seeds which to me was an exceptional expression on her part. I will always cherish the thought. No frills, but got the job done cost effectively and sensitively with minimal hassle. The remains were shipped out-of-state and delivered appropriately.

They made a couple of mistakes. I was told to get a death certificate in the wrong county, and they didn't call me to pick up the ashes. But the price was great, and the young lady who helped me when I picked up the ashes was very nice, helpful, and professional. I would recommend them highly.

Vehicles in the fleet are well maintained and no more than a few years old. Staff are required to show up to work in an enforced uniform style. If you need them to assist on a call, they arrive in clean newer vehicles, dressed in dress shirts and slacks. Competition uses older vans, with staff dressed in cheap black polos and cargo pants. (That's best case scenario, it might be a dirty polo and jeans) Plus side of the competition is that they are willing to complete your internal paperwork. PCC only commits to their own internal paperwork, which makes sense, why require removal staff to know how to I'll out first call paperwork for 20 different funeral homes. I will continue using Portland Cremation Center. They do a good job when embalming, and a good job taking care of calls. If you call them requesting an extra set of hands to help you at a house call, they are almost too fast. Staff is more than willing to adapt to your style when helping you out at first calls.
