When my husband passed the family wanted Andreason to carry out the cremation. They were kind, answered all questions, and showed genuine concern for my feelings. The cost was reasonable and was handled exactly as they said. I would recommend them to everyone that needs this kind of help.
I have used Andreason's for both my parents and now my husband. They have been very kind and considerate, plus knowing the details the legal end of it too. When the time comes, my kids will probably use them for me too.

Genuinely the only positive experience to come out of my mothers sudden passing was working with Springfield Memorial Funeral Home (particularly funeral director Deanna Harbison). I experienced endless empathy, patience and helpfulness from them while navigating the worst days of my life. They pointed me in helpful directions regarding other end-of-life arrangements and brought little moments of peace to an otherwise tumultuous time. I cannot recommend this funeral home enough. Im so grateful it happened to be the one my mom wound up at, but if Id have been able to shop around ahead of time, Id choose them 100%.
James & Natalie were helpful in bringing our family closure. After almost 30 years we were able to place the headstone for my mom. James was communicative through the process and Natalie was present the day of placement. Thank you for the compassion.

I have to admit my son made all the arrangements for Pickup and services which went off without a hitch. When I received call for pickup it was as painless as possible. Since this was unexpected passing , I was relieved that pickup was that easy. Awesome job all around!!
