No one ever wants to have to make the hard decisions for a loved one but I highly recommend Alpha cremation. My dad passed away in December of 2025. The second I called I was greeted with kindness and compassion. They explained everything in such details and it was so easy and stress free. Thank you so much for helping put my dad to rest. My mom and I will forever be grateful.
I was very pleased with Alpha Cremation Service Company. Due to financial constraints, I had to take care of my wife's cremation myself without the help of a mortuary. I was very well taken care of and everything was explained to me before the cremation took place. I chose a beautiful wooden box with a bird in a tree carved on top to contain my wife's cremains. I was pleasantly surprised that they made things comfortable and easy for me to deal with.
Fantastic, and very helpful when my mom passed away. They were timely, and very professional. I'm very grateful to Alpha Cremation for their help

I cannot say enough good things about my experience I had recently with my dogs cremation. It was late on Friday (12/19) and my sweet Ellie passed away, so we called Sunset Hills to see if we could bring Ellie in since it was after hours. I cannot remember the name of who helped me on Friday, but they were so calm and comforting while I was a complete mess. I was told it could take 10 days to receive her remains and I received them today which was extremely fast. When I walked in I was greated and once again treated with so much respect through a difficult time. Thank you so much for making this process a little easier. Ellie was my fur baby for 15 years, so the care you gave her means the world to me. Thank you so much. Happy Holidays.
Compassionate and caring establishment, Bethany was very kind and careful with our family. Really wonderful team who really cares about their clients. The experience was very personal and non-transactional.
We used Sunset for the cremation of my fierce doggie Lily and they could not have nicer and more accommodating. They made a painful process easier. I appreciate it and recommend them highly.

I visited Lane Memorial Gardens today to update old information and to review a prepaid plan I had purchased 7 years ago. I was SO impressed by the patience, kindness and professionalism shown me by Armando, the staff person who assisted me. He made what could have been a very difficult task so much easier! I came through the door with a myriad of questions (all which were answered) and I left there know that I had come to the right place to do business!
I went in early 3 years before my mother passed and made the arrangements. It was perfect from my first meeting to get everything in order and pay. There years later everything was in place, such kind people, took u through everything from the viewing to the burial at the Veterans Cemetery in Portland. Everyone was so kind, helpful and helped our family through the process. My experience was excellent, I couldn't have asked for more for my 99 year old mother. Thank you
Dee, Connie Lou, Theresa and the rest of the staff at Lane Memorial Funeral Home were so wonderful, patient, compassionate and caring; I am so thankful for their guidance and support in our difficult time. They never rushed us, returned calls promptly and always in communication every step of the way!!!!!! Our family will never be able to express our gratitude for all of their hard work.

I am so grateful for the kindness and efficiency shown to me by Rachael. She truly made the most difficult time in my life a little bit easier. She is professional and warm and just took care of business in a way that I knew at least this part was taken care of in the best hands possible. Thank you for all that you do.
I just have to say that Jenny is the kindest most heartfelt lady you could have working for a mortuary. She has been so supportive with my father's passing. When you lose a loved one You need someone like that lady speaking with you and being comforted. She deserves a raise and a big hug. Thankyou Jenny.
During the hardest times in a person's life Musgroves offers kindness and compassion. Rachel was amazing. She answered questions, offered support, and had the most gentle demeanor throughout the process.

I visited and see my mom Maria Norton grave cemetery
I arrived 30 min early to set up the table for moms service. The staff greeted me, were very pleasant, professional and compassionate. My observations are as follows... The set up of chairs were covered by an ugly, fur like material that was 30+ years old, the same material was used to cover the box that covered the hole for the urn box. The small amount of dirt from the hole, was in 2 buckets with a role of artificial turf draped over it, looked very tacky, the whole presentation was not professional in appearance and obviously needs an update. They asked me if I would like a 4, 6 or 8'" table and table cloth and I accepted. I asked them to place the table over the buckets and the table cloth covered that eyesore about 70%. After setting the table, staging it with the beautiful vault, urn, 2 vases of flowers, homemade masks, obituary cards and gift boxes for her family, it looked pulled together and more professional. I strongly recommend that someone in your organization,
Very pleasent
