From start to finish, Shannon and Jeff were professional, patient, and incredibly compassionate. They answered every question, honored every request, and guided my family step by step, even when things became hectic on our end. The service itself was absolutely beautiful the crowning ceremony Shannon performed moved everyone in attendance.
