Springer and Sons is the only place I would consider to take care of our families aftercare. They have taken such wonderful care of our beautiful pets, and most recently my son. Their absolute respect towards all aspects of the arrangements gave me so much peace. I really appreciate their support during a very difficult time. Love them.

We recently lost our elderly kitty. We brought her in to be cremated and everyone I talked to on the phone and in person were so kind, caring, and compassionate. I don't remember any names, unfortunately, but the gentleman who came out to talk to us and take our beloved kitty, hugged the box she was in and carried her so carefully. They handled her with such care and I cannot thank them enough. I couldn't ask for a better experience in such a difficult time. They gave us complimentary ink prints of her nose and paw and we are so grateful to have those. Plus, they have the cheapest prices I could find. It's clear they care for people and their pets. I don't want to go back any time soon, but when the time comes, we'll definitely be going back here.

My kitty recently passed away, and we decided to have him cremated. From the very first phone call, the team was absolutely amazingso kind, caring, and supportive during such a difficult time. I wasnt ready to say goodbye or drop him off, but they made the process feel a little easier. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, which meant so much to me because my baby could be home again quickly. I cant thank you enough for making everything so smooth and compassionateit truly helped with the grieving process.

When my family had a tragedy on a holiday, the staff at TVFA were so easy to deal with, very compassion and considerate, and very clear in giving and receiving details. I have had occasion to do business with TVFA previously. They are listed in my own final preparations because I trust their professionalism, compassion, and fair value. When I am gone, i can know that they are treating my family in the way I would wish for them to be treated.

Edit update 2: Brother-in-law had unfortunate need of using their services and they were phenomenal... While my original complaint stands, don't want to dettact someone from using them so bumping to 5* EDIT: Based on Westside's response, specifically about actions they will take in the future, and my as noted earlier very positive experiences, I am going from 2* to 3*. And yes, Ryan's comment was accurate, that when I spoke with him I was more accepting of their mistake. This was after my phone call with SSA, where I was told I could swing by SSA office to correct the issue. Upon doing that (post chat with Ryan), CE to find out no, have to schedule an appointment with SSA, and bring a bunch of paperwork in - making the whole process far more complex than I was expecting. It's also post finding out that my late father's snap benefits were revoked 1-month early, resulting in monetary loss (not much, but still loss). Dealing with the passing of a loved one is obviously very difficult and Ryan and Westside were absolutely terrific in communicating, setting expectations and following thru with great communication and compassion. 100 percent recommended

The staff took care of us very well. We had questions they had answers. Our mom was prepared beautifully. We could not ask for a better service for her.

Losing a loved one is a heartbreaking experience. Our family worked with Marcus Terry at Pegg, Paxson & Springer, who did everything he could to make the funeral process as smooth as possible so we didn't have to worry about anything. He was courteous, professional, exceptionally capable, and took care of everything down to the smallest details for us. He accommodated our requests without hesitation, and made sure that the service itself was perfect. He guided us through all of the administrative details, answered our many questions, and was respectful and kind every time we met with him.
