The staff at Faithful Companion were very kind and compassionate.

Its taken a few days to put these words together after the loss of our beautiful boy. The day our beautiful boy took his last breath was the darkest day of our lives. We knew we wanted him cremated & more importantly, we wanted him back home as soon as possible. Thanks to the incredible service Faithful Companion offers to mourning guardians, that was a reality. Our beautiful boy was back home the next day & we could breathe again. We cannot express enough how this process was bearable because of Ms. Kelsey & Ms. Ronesha. From my first call with Ms. Kelsey to get information to the arrival at their beautiful facility to drop off our baby, we felt peace. Ms. Ronesha was patient, compassionate, understanding, & a true professional explaining the cremation process to us as well as selecting the perfect urn for our angel. Ms. Ronesha helped us at a time where we thought nothing would help us feel right. Faithful Companion is definitely not a place you want to visit, instead its the ONL

We used Faithful Companions Pet Cremation Services, though all arrangements were handled through our veterinarian, so I didnt know who was providing the cremation until they contacted us. Our dog was euthanized at 5:00 PM on a Thursday. On Saturday morning, we received an unexpected call saying they were five minutes away and ready to bring Sasha back home. Those words were simple but meant a lot in that moment, and they were delivered with care and respect. The person we spoke with was kind, professional, and clearly understood how difficult this was for us. The urn and engraving were beautiful and exceeded our expectations, and the remains were returned in a sealed fabric bag rather than plastic. This was a very hard experience, and Faithful Companions handled it with professionalism and compassion, which we greatly appreciated.
