Their compassion and professionalism were such a blessing at a profoundly difficult time. The pricing for the services and the beautiful urn are more than fair. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing efficient, personalized service for their loved one.

Where do I begin? My precious Mama was in the hospital for twenty-five days. I got the call on Christmas morning that they were turning her room into a "hospice room," at Summit. Five days later, she was gone. During this time, I was referred to Shalom Hospice Care (wonderful), who then, referred me to Alternative Cremation and Funeral Services. I worked with Susan Kimbro from the very beginning and I am still working with her. This has been one of the most difficult journeys in my life and Susan has been exceptional in how she has handled things with and for me. She has been comforting, understanding, professional and very attentive to my needs. I am thankful they are working with me and helping me to get through this process. Additionally, Emma, has been sending me resources and such, which has been incredibly helpful. She too has taken the time to reach out and check on me. If you have to go through anything as heartbreaking as losing a loved one, I highly recommend Altern

Ms. Yvonne was a very pleasant and professional person. I was recommended to her by my Uncle, she treats your deceased loved one as if they are her own. I did not have my moms service in TN, but Round Tree Napier and Ogilvies funeral home did prepare my mom to be shipped back home and she sent her back with clothes on, her hair was done and I really appreciate that Ms. Yvonne took the time out to make sure all of that was done. I can't say enough positive comments about Philip and the people I met at Stephen's Funeral and Cremation. Philip went above what is normally done to accommodate my unusual circumstances. Also he got right on the Death Certificates. Businesses are so surprised I have them already. My husband was in the service and Philip draped him in the most beautiful American flag, which I now have to treasure. Thank you for your kindness and help during a very sad and stressful time.

Casey and his crew were on top of everything and it was a beautiful service! All we had to do was show up. They made it so smooth for us! I can't thank Casey and his staff enough for all they did for my family. He was so easy to work with! He probably thought my sisters and I were crazy the day we met him to make arrangements for our daddy, Sluggo. I'm sure he's used to grieving families who have a hard time making arrangements, but my sisters and I couldn't stop laughing the whole time we were there. It's like every decision brought up a funny memory because Daddy loved to cut up and laugh. When we were uncertain about something, Casey offered suggestions. Both the visitation and the funeral was so organized and ran smoothly. Although it was still hard and painful saying goodbye, I appreciated all the laughs we were able to enjoy from our family, Daddy's many friends, Casey, and Jimmy. I know Daddy would be proud. They truly made these very difficult days much easier. And I'm sure Daddy was watching and laughing along with us.
