They were awesome. When my daughter passed, they sat down with me and were calm and understanding. I was all over the place and they didn't make me feel like I had to be finished at a certain time. They also picked up on little things about my daughter somehow that I had forgotten about.

Excellent excellent excellent. Memorial Park provided everything we needed to finalize our loved ones final resting place. The staff and funeral director, Kay Linn were available and professional. There were no unanswered questions and the funeral director provided options through visuals, had patience, and was competent in her field. She provided a comfortable setting to make decisions with my sisters about our Mother's day is Phenomenal Services. Thank you so much Kay Linn for your genuine concern and unwavering need to make sure we were satisfied with the final arrangements of our loved one.

Everybody was extremely kind and helpful during a very difficult time. From the reception to working with Gregory to the day of the funeral, everyone was ready to help us with difficult decisions. The life display was beyond expectation, they truly "saw" my father and represented his essence perfectly. We were able to choose a casket and memorial cards that felt customized to his life and joy. The food and drinks provided for us and our guests were laid out beautifully and tasted great!

MFH took care of us all so completely!!! Like we were family!! Appreciate the time and work put in to the smallest detail!!! Thank you is not enough!!!

They've got a comforting space that can seat roughly 180 guests. It's equipped with a nicely balanced audio system for speakers and singers alike, and two perfectly positioned monitors for memorial videos. It's nestled within Memphis Plaza, so there is lots of parking and standing space for families to gather and mingle post-service. Did I mention the red carpet, curb side hearse/funeral car service? All these little elegant details make Eternal Peace Mortuary a trailblazer among boutique funeral homes in Memphis. Kudos to you all!

They have been absolutely wonderful with the service and care of my brother. They went above and beyond what was required and the care they provided for my entire family was wonderful. They really understood how to care for the grieving family as well as the loved one that was lost. I cannot say enough great things about them!

My son and I are very pleased with their professionalism and service. Due to some delay, our dogs ashes werent sent to Memphis veterinary hospital on time but we had promised to bring her home on New Years Eve. Cole from pet angel offered to meet us at Jackson, TN for us to pick up our dogs ashes. Thank you so much Cole and Pet Angel for their awesome service. The wooden urn was packed beautifully in a velvet bag and then in a blue paper bag and everything has our dogs name and bar code to ensure that we get the right furry baby.

From the time I walked in August 14 until my dad was laid to rest August 22 2020 I have no complaints. This was one of the most difficult things I've ever had to do but the entire staff from the greeters at the door to the owner made the process simple informative and one less stessful aspect in planning for transitioning of My Dear Mr Nash My Daddy. Thank you for all the assistance and comfort extended to me and my family.

I had nothing but the best care that can be done for my loved one. I would say definitely use this place. They only took a little over 2 weeks. I recieved my husband's remains today and they were handled with great services. I would say if you have to use someone Simple Cremation would be the way to go. Thank you for your lovely service.

My mom passed away a month ago, but before that we decided upon SCS to handle her cremation. They were quick, efficient, and were there to answer any and all questions throughout the process. Highly recommend them if you dont need any special stuff for your loved ones handling postmortem. I want to extend my thanks to the gentleman who came to retrieve my mothers body, and Jennifer was wonderful with being able to answer any questions and assist with paperwork.

Im from out of state and my mother unexpectedly passed away in Memphis right before New Years. Ashley was so helpful and nice the whole time. We had a super fast turnaround. She answered all questions and my brothers and i had a lot of them as we had never dealt with anything like this before.
