The staff at Palms mortuary was very kind and gentle. We met with Mike and he walked us through the process and even offered kindly suggestions on how we could proceed. When my family and I went to make the arrangements for my mom, we were regretting the entire process. But as it turned out, it was the best decision we ever made. They took such good care of my mom, and she looked so peaceful. We couldnt even believe that the final outcome was done so well and respectful.
