During one of the most difficult times in our lives, you handled everything with such care, dignity, and professionalism. Seeing my son look so peaceful meant more to our family than words can truly express. Your patience with our family, along with the empathy and compassion you showed, did not go unnoticed. You made us feel supported every step of the way. The overall handling of every detail was exceptional. You truly treated us like family, and that level of kindness brought comfort to us when we needed it most. Mom was receiving Hospice care and declining. I recently moved to Las Vegas and had no idea of which funeral home to assist me and my family with getting Mom back to the East Coast. A lot of people gave me recommendations but I didn't feel 100% comfortable with them. I wondered who would treat her with respect and who could we trust to explain all of the details, costs, logistics etc...involved. After my husband and I had a long conversation with one of the Hospice minister she had a sense of who we were, what are faith was and our values, she said, "You have to chose Giddens Memorial Chapel." So, we did. When Mom passed, eventhough it was very early in the morning, Mr. Kyle Giddens showed up promptly. He answered all of our questions, gave us 2 or 3 ways of contacting him and provided us with instruction on what the next steps would be. He treated Mom with care, dignity and respect.
