My support from Affordable in North Sacramento was with Chelsea. Even though everything was done over the phone, she was just as comforting and informative as possible. And patient! I also had texts from her and Julie. I will be contacting Affordable Cremation in the next few weeks to plan for my own service when my time comes. Our family has used this funeral home on three separate occasions. The first time for my brothers service. Not long after that for my aunts daughter in laws service. Most recently for the service of my son. All of the staff were so very helpful, professional and accommodating. My sons body was transported from Texas and they took care of everything with the originating facility. Ginger, Sara, Mike, and Joe made a very difficult and trying time as easy, smooth, and comfortable as possible. Beautiful facility and great staff& I highly recommend.

We thought we were prepared when our loved one passed. Our loved one wanted cremation only. We got a quote of $4000.00. I did a quick google search and found Cremations only in Elk Grove. Peter and his team has been so supportive and understanding throughout this process. We were able to get our loved one cremated for $1500.00. Peter walked us through the process, we even got a text from the team to make sure our family was doing well, and if we needed anything. Im even thinking of getting my final wishes in order with Cremations only, so my loved ones dont have to.

I had to make arrangements for my sister from out of state. Cremations Only was recommended by a friend, and I could not have been any happier. Peter was amazing, patiently walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. They are professional, efficient and could not be any kinder. We Highly recommend them.

Adam and his team (Chloe and another staff member) were incredibly helpful in getting my dad prepared to be transported from Sacramento to Vancouver, WA. They gave us the option to drive my dad home ourselves instead of having them personally deliver him, which saved our family over $2,000. The services we paid forembalming and preparing himwere affordable, and their quote was better than what we received from surrounding funeral homes. Because my dad passed away at UC Davis, this location was close enough to make everything easier. It was also Christmas week, and there were no surprise holiday charges, which meant a lot to us during an already difficult time. For our situation, their pricing and flexibility were the best. We rented a Chrysler minivan from Enterprise for $115, and gas was about $100 total to drive back. If youre willing to be in the same vehicle as your loved one, this can be a very good option. I have been meaning to write this sooner but better late than never. Adam, Chloe, and the rest were kind, caring and very sympathetic. From the time they picked up my uncle to the time we had the service they were very patient and worked with us on our time frames to make my uncles service was the best. I have been there before for other family funeral services but this was my first time I had the responsibility of arranging and planning it. I can't express how much I appreciate WF Gormley & Sons for the compassion they showed my family and I during the incredibly difficult loss of my mother. Knowing you will be facing the loss of a loved one is an emotionally fraught time, and I was advised by my hospice team to find a mortuary service prior to my mothers death so that when the time came, I could focus on my loss rather than dealing with logistics. Sadly, before I could get everything squared away my mom passed. It was chaotic and emotional and I am grateful to Katie. This has been a place that my family has come to for services for years now. When it came my turn to have to find a place, I had no hesitation choosing Sacramento Memorial Lawn. Sabrina (who assisted me) was an incredible help. The process can be overwhelming for anyone but she made it much simpler with her kindness and patience. Im sure that had it not been for her, things would not have been as smooth for handling my fathers affairs after his passing.
