Taryn was very helpful, I would recommend using Clarity Funerals and Cremations. My Family contacted them in an emergency and it was all handled with respect and dignity. They have office in Santa Ana Orange County as well. Taking care of my situation was the same so glad to have a place that when the unknown happens they know what to do.
Sadly my mother passed away unexpectedly late last year. A friend referred me to Clarity Funerals & Cremation. I'm so glad they did. I reached out to several other providers and none of them could meet all of my requests, but Clarity Funerals & Cremation absolutely did.

Marcera Crematory is located in a light industry neighborhood. With nearly no parking. I managed to find 1 open spot, 3 doors down, had to parallel park between 2 parked cars. The Crematory has very limited signage, drove by it twice. Ring the doorbell for assess. I was there for the pickup of my adult Daughters remains. I only interacted with 2 employs, both were friendly and helpful. At my request, they even transferred the remains from the urn that we originally ordered to the urn my wife had chosen later, that I had brought with me. If the need should arise, I would use their services again. But then, I am an industrial type person and am comfortable in an industrial environment. More white collar type persons may be put out by the industrial environment.
The cremation was booked our the mortuary. They gave us detailed explanations on what to expect and even provided pictures of the inside to remove the stress of seeing the crematory for the first time. We followed the instructions on how to enter the building and were greeted with compassion, understanding and respect. We didn't feel rushed and were given opportunity for my baby to read an eulogy and sing "Remember Me" song to her father before being allowed to push the button and bid him farewell. We were allowed to place flowers, cards and messages. I appreciate the staff for what they do. I know they may say that they are used to it, but I doubt it. It is a job that someone has to do and they do it well.
I could not be happier with the services that we received from Macera. When we received my fathers remains the lid was taped shut because the lid on the plastic box did not seal. When I called Macera, they were quick to respond and fix the problem even though they did not caused the problem the problem came from the funeral home. Because my dad was cremated in California and we live in Minnesota the remains went from the cremation center to the funeral home and then the funeral home to us. Macera was professional extremely easy to deal with and above and beyond helpful. They wanna above what they had to do to make it right. I cannot tell you how happy and relieved I am that they were willing to fix a problem that was not Caused by them. I would recommend their services to anyone I know in California thank you so much for making this process easy and stress-free.
