By far Lenny is the BEST!!!! I nor my family uses anyone else!!!! Lenny did my brother Delano Hudson service!!! He is professional very compassionate and goes the extra mile for the families he serves! I recommend him for ALL of your funeral needs. My go to GUY!!!!!

Extremely professional. They took care of all of our needs. We did not have to outsource anyone. They helped to relieve all of the stress that my family and I were dealing with and was were super helpful with suggestions for us.

The treatment I received from Lenwood and his staff goes unmatched. He has taken care of everything for me in regard to my father, my mother and most recently my father-in-law. He made things smooth during a very hard time. They showed empathy, which is unfortunately something a lot of people lack these days. I will forever be grateful to McNary Williams Jackson for everything they have done for me and my family. I highly suggest using them if you want quality care for your loved ones & yourself.

This review took me some time because I wanted to give authentic wording for this review. My grandmother's funeral was in April and I realize there are no words great enough to describe Mr. Paul's kind demeanor. The colonial family made a sad occasion joyful by keeping everything professional and showing empathy and sympathy. My grandmother's funeral was such a celebration that family members and friends are still reaching out to me about how modest she looked even during expiration. Again I need to highlight that Paul is such a professional he knows people and he understands what the hardship of burial can be like, he's truly not in this business for money and he truly cares about the people. He made this day so joyful and stress-free, I would recommend this funeral home to any and everyone.

My daughter passed away April 21st 2025 she was only 32 years old she passed away on 73rd and MacArthur I don't know for what I am so lost for words she's my first born I have an older than 31 and 18 years old he's about to graduate all my memories of her when I gave birth to her her first smell her first word I'm lost for words Paul was so wonderful to us he made us feel like we were at home such a wonderful person this place is wonderful I love Paul sense of humor he made me feel so much we're not supposed to bury your children they're supposed to bury us Lord bless us and protect my baby in heaven Tamisha her funeral is viewing is May 15th May 16th the funeral

Paul is so loving and caring. He took care of my two sisters and Dad he made things flawless and smooth. I would recommend him to the world. So compassion.

We had my aunt's funeral here June 14th everything was peaceful the people were very nice and helpful my auntie looked as if she was sleeping everything was amazing I spoke with Jose the whole time he helped my family with everything the staff also spoke at my aunt's funeral they prayed with us and over us if I could give it 100 Stars I would thank you so much for everything we appreciate you for keeping our minds at ease and being able to have a wonderful service and trusting you with our loved one ��

One thing I wanted to point out was their scannable QR code tracking services. They gave me a QR code to scan and showed me updates from the pick up and to the funeral home. Everyone at Neptune was incredibly compassionate, professional, and thorough. They helped guide me through what would have otherwise been a daunting ordeal, and I can't fully express how grateful I am.

Loved this old mausoleum! It's so much fun exploring. Very cool chapels with pink marble and stained glass ceilings that give a pink glow.

Both of my parents had their funeral services at Grand Miller Chapel and both services were memorable to me. When I came to this Chapel to arrange my dads funeral in January; I felt very stressful, sad, and helpless since I just lost my loved one. Lily helped me go through entire Chinese traditional funeral process. She listed what I should prepare for funeral day; she told me what I should do and shouldnt do for the first month after my dad passed away and upcoming lunar new year due to Chinese traditional culture. Each time I sent text message to Lily for question or inquiry, she replied to me as soon as possible. I truly appreciate Lily and her colleagues hard work and made my dads funeral services smoothly.

Professionalism & good organizing service

I received great help during the sudden pass of my father. Thomas has been very thoughtful and detailed in arranging everything for us. Truly thankful!

Both of my parents were cremated in Oakland 12 years apart and we had no problem. All went smoothly and they were great with information and quickly picked up their bodies. They made a difficult time go smoothly.
