We were working with Covington Memorial and they told us a price and then a week before the funeral told us the cost was double. So, we switched to MidWest and they did everything in less than a week and did a great job. They were so much more affordable and honest. I would highly recommend them.
Unfortunately, our one year old little dog Molly passed recently. Midwest was there during a difficult time for us and cremated our dog at a very reasonable price while being respectful and helping to honor her memory. Very grateful to this great company.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Keith was absolutely amazing during this whole process. Our family has been so stressed out, not knowing what to do. We lost our dad and it's just my sister and I trying to figure everything out. We never been through any of this before. Keith guided us through everything and couldn't have been more helpful to our family. I just wanted to let you guys know he truly took so much weight off of our shoulders. He made this whole experience so much easier. Thank you Keith from the bottom of our heart.
Eric was so easy to work with, he went above and beyond&We liked him so much. He even came in on his day off to help us. He is outstanding and made me feel so comfortable with him, took the stress off me having lost my mom.
Eric Vallow was incredibly understanding when our family was unable to locate the grave of a family member years after the funeral. We realized that the family member responsible for ensuring the monument was in place had not done so. Eric quickly helped us correct the error with dignity and grace.

Wonderful customer service, very professional, and offers a wide range of affordable options. I would definitely recommend this funeral home with confidence.
First of all I would like to make a response to the complaint from Conzy. Your mother did not have a Pre-fund with the funeral home since you want to put your business out there. I tried to explain to you that she signed over her insurance policy to the funeral home. That is not a pre-fund and the reason why you buried your mother three days later is because you didnt handle your business.
Service & Professionalism is unmatched. Made the process as easy as possible. After meeting with them, I was able to rest because my mind was at ease. The staff was so understanding and accommodating. I wouldn't want anyone else taking care of my loved one or me!

Bill Hopkins and the staff did a wonderful job in helping me to deal with the loss of my spouse. Very accommodating and they answered all of my question and requests. Highly recommend Divine Mercy, they are caring folks!

This company and the people who work there are top tier. You couldn't ask for a better place to be at the worse time in your life. I cannot express the gratitude and thankfulness I feel. From beginning to end, the experience couldn't have been any better. No stress, and my mother looked like a sleeping beauty.p
We chose to make our arrangements in advance which was a very easy process. When my husband passed away, everything went smoothly. Everyone who helped us plan his service was empathetic, professional and able to lead us through the arrangements with no difficulty. The service could not have been more perfect. Matthew and Keith were especially helpful.
I want to share with much sincerely my experience at Greenlawn Funeral during a very difficult time. I never dreamed I would be dealing with the death of a loved one anytime soon. Well it came unexpectedly and I was faced with a lot of decisions to make at need. I had every intention to get mine and my husband's funeral plans made ahead of time, so not to leave it for our daughter to do. I had gotten the basics started on a payment plan with Jeanne. It felt good having a no pressure informative review with Jeanne to get the arrangements started. I never expected that 3 weeks later it was for real. I reached out to Greenlawn Funeral because I couldn't do this on my own. They are use to these moments to help get family's through every stage of the funeral process. I will admit I was not use to getting help. The little voice in side of me said I don't need anybody help. I spent my entire life taking care of my business. I was wrong. I needed their guidance. The staff did

Thank you so much for your kindness and your patience. The hardest things in my whole life and you didnt put any pressure on us
Kindness, compassion, courtesy and respect for my familys loss laced every interaction with Autumn through the planning of my brothers service. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Klaehn, Fahl & Melton to guide folks through their most difficult times.
Funerals are never something to look forward to, but I found out the experience can be acceptable when the people at the funeral home go out of their way to make sure every detail is taken care of. Our family depended on their expertise to foresee any issues and we are happy to say things went flawlessly.

Very caring and made the experience alot easier than I could have imagined! Would highly recommend
There is never a good time to lose your mother... so you don't call this team of people when things are well and all is happy. I hadn't considered that. However, in my research, I found they were more reasonably priced than the competition around us and I wanted to call. Upon speaking with Brian, he put me totally at ease there are no corners cut, no nothing. Brian was great through the whole process. When it was time to come get my mother, they were here promptly and professionally. Absolutely class acts. Brian has followed up with me often and even did something special to accomplish one of my mother's final wishes. I'd prefer we didn't have to meet this way, but I'm extremely grateful we did. They aren't just good at their position... they are also kind people doing hard things. Thank you so so much.
We could not have been more pleased with the care and compassion that Northern Indiana Funeral Care provided to us. At such a difficult time they were able to help us navigate the process and had staff available to us during the visitation, the funeral and afterwards when we had questions. My mom passed after a long battle with dementia and she looked so beautiful and it was such a blessing to have our finals memories of her like that. My family would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of funeral care.
