We unfortunately were at La Hayne Funeral Home for a Family member's wake. I ordered this Floral Arrangement from a business under the name, Avas Flowers in Hammond, IN. It was heartbreaking enough and to see this terrible Arrangement that certainly didn't even come close to what they advertised, it was $120 and would have been almos $10 more except for discount added. Embarrassing beyond words to even have to take the photo during the worst time but they wouldn't even acknowledge my complaint. The Funeral Home and Service was Beautiful. Do not Recommend ordering Flowers from Avas in Hammond, Indiana.

Ray was very helpful and compassionate. The family and I was pleased with how everything turned out.

Jim and James were very attentive and helpful. They picked up loved one from the airport and got everything ready for the wake/funeral. My family is happy on how the service went.

I dont have enough words to express my gratitude to this phenomenal group of individuals who took such care in assisting my family in preparing for the home going services for my mothers passing. Our funeral director, Thomas was a pleasure to work with, even sharing laughs and accommodating our every request. I want to give a special thank you to Pastor Mike, who gave a wonderful eulogy and fellowshipped with our family after the service. I am truly blessed to have connected with them all. I helped a friend plan for her husband's final goodbye this week. We were told to ask for Whitney by another friend. She was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most of all kind. Everything ran smoothly. My family has always used McKneely for final needs and we have never been disappointed. They will continue as this family's funeral home. I visited this funeral home over this past weekend for my great aunts service. First I would like to say my aunt looked AMAZING. Second, The funeral director was very polite and accommodating. Last but not least the funeral home itself is beautiful . very spacious and decorated with modern art and furntiture. It was a nice experience and a beautiful service.
