After reaching out throughout St.Joseph County came to find out Zahorans made the most sense. not only because of price, but because of how well he took his time to explain everything and how well he treated me on the phone. Once we met him he helped us make everything sense for my brother. My Dad, brother, and I couldnt be more pleased with the memorial service that Aaron and his team gave to our family and my Mom. Aaron turned what was a very difficult time for us into an experience that was comforting, stress-free, and caring. The service was beautiful and truly honored her memory. Aaron turned our thoughts and the background information we provided into a loving obituary that had many at the viewing asking me which one of us had written it. At the gravesite, while the guys were carrying the casket to the burial site, a few of the great grandchildren wanted to join us. Without hesitation he quickly told them to join in. We wouldnt have so quickly thought of offering that during that time, but he did, and gave them a memory Im sure they will cherish forever. And regarding the gravesite - it was a cold winter day (eleven degrees, wind chill below zero, and gusts of wind over forty mph). Aaron and his team were absolutely amazing! We recently lost my grandma and Aaron was super thorough down to the last detail of the service. Her body was beautifully done. She looked like herself, as if she was just sleeping peacefully. I personally brought jewelry and a treasured song her son, my uncle, wrote and sang to be played. And the office lady (I never caught her name) was oh so careful with these treasured items and so caring and empathetic, even giving me hugs to comfort me through this time of grief. The photo/music dvd perfectly captured her spirit and smile. Reminding us of the good times, not the sad times. The driver of the Limo, Tony, was such a gentleman helping us in and out of the limo. Keeping the limo nice and warm for us to get back into (it was 5 degrees and snowing and blowing at the cemetary). Your staff exceeded our expectations. My husband and I walked through the door without an appointment and Jim welcomed us in and sat down and walked us through the process of burying our son. Stephanie (office reception) wrote a beautiful obituary and made us feel loved. From start to finish the whole process was made easier. I know its their job, but we truly felt like they cared for us. Thank you for helping us manage the aftermath of the worst day of our life.

I want to start off by saying, you will not find a more caring, understanding and wonderful family than the Hanley's. My father passed on June 6th and they made what was already a very difficult time much easier. From the day we sat down and planned everything, till all the flowers had been dropped off by them at our home, they were there for whatever we needed. I would 100% recommend them for their services. Palmer Funeral Homes offers a great selection for pet burials and cremation. Unfortunately, I had to utilize their services for the death of a beloved family pet, but the people there were very compassionate and helpful during our difficult time. I thought the prices for everything was reasonable and everything we ordered was ready the very next day. They also sent us a beautiful letter that discussed the Rainbow Bridge  that made me tear up again as I read it. Also, we were able to customize our urn and it turned out really great. Codee took excellent care of Chief, who unexpectedly passed away last Thursday! Codee was friendly, was top notch with every question & concern I had . Codee made sure Chief was well taken care of & the process was so easy! He had Chief done the next day. Thank you Codee for loving my boy & taking the best care of him . Palmer Funeral Home went up and beyond this family's expectations. This funeral home helped us in every step of our planning including referring us to a very inexpensive but nice place to have our after gathering of our family who had come all the way from WI to be with us to bury our beloved poppa. They did not mind the many phone calls and answered every question we had. They even let us spend time with our poppa before he was cremated which was awesome for us and our mom to be able to see him at peace and to say our final farewell of his body, his person he was. They also helped us with the service and unbeknownst to me, I was presented with a flag because of my poppas service record. I highly recommend this funeral home to everyone for their compassion, respect and the quiet way in which everything was done. Thank you from me and my family.

I cannot thank Codee enough for everything he did for my fur baby Nala. I unfortunately had to go through this rough time twice in a year and a half & both times Palmers gave my babies their final goodbye. Codee was very quick to call me back to make arrangements after hours & on a Sunday. I again cannot thank you enough. Palmers is an amazing & compassionate business. Ill forever be thankful to Palmers that I can have my fur babies by my side forever. Codee, I also want to thank you for the sympathy card I received in the mail! Our sweet boxer passed away at 12:45 am. I called Palmers, Cody was very nice even having to get up in the middle of the night to come get our furbaby. Thank you and thank you Palmers for offering the services.

Jacob and the entire staff especially Brigitte and Julie were so accommodating. They took care of everything and were so easy to work with.
