Losing my cousin in December was one of the most difficult experiences I had to face. This was my first time dealing with funeral arrangements, and on top of the grief, I had the overwhelming responsibility of arranging for my cousins remains to be transported to our native country, Pakistan. He met with me on short notice the same day, answered every question with patience and compassion, and made what seemed like an impossible process feel manageable. The Sprowl, took care of our family and made sure things ran smoothly . Heather was extremely helpful , attentive caring and we felt as if she was apart of the family . Heather made sure everything was taking care of from start to finish. Coming all the way from California to attend a funeral. It was a beautiful facility and staff checked in, constantly to make sure everything was running accordingly. The facility is 100% clean, organized and has great excellent customer service. Highly recommended if service is needed.
