The staff at Simple Cremation was incredibly kind and compassionate. Before I made the call, I had anticipated that the advertised price would be significantly higher due to upselling tactics. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no sales pressure and I paid the advertised price, their sole focus was on assisting me during this difficult time. I had the pleasure of working with funeral directors Dan and Cecil. When I collected my brothers ashes, I met, English, who was incredibly comforting and understanding.
