On behalf of my family and I, we would like to sincerely thank Judy and the entire staff for taking care of us and our loved one during our time of need. They were attentive, compassionate and professional.

I unfortunately had two family members die within a few days of each other. The Newcomer staff was respectful to my depth of grief. I am grateful to the staff for their care to give me time to grieve while at the funeral home. The memorial was very well done and made me feel comforted that my family members were treated with dignity.

Greetings to Newcomer Staff, First, I would like to sincerely thank you all for honoring my mom in such an empathetic, kind, and professional manner from start to finish. From the very first meeting during the selection process, my follow-up emails, and the various requests along the way, each was met with graciousness and handled with great care and precision. The Garden Room and the Viewing Room were beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, with plenty of seating. It was especially thoughtful to have a dedicated space for food and drinks, as well as a separate area for the children in our family, which meant so much to us during a difficult time. During both the Viewing and the Funeral, everyone felt genuinely welcomed and at ease. The compassion shown through the hugs from Derika, along with Stacys and Judys empathetic and calming presence, was incredible and deeply appreciated. Their kindness provided comfort when it was needed most as we honored our Mama. What stood out the mo
