I would absolutely ditto what reviewer Marie Raghnal wrote about Lees Funeral Home. My husband and I set up a Funeral Trust for my father-in -law several months ago with Lees with the full understanding we could use any other funeral home once needed. Once we needed this service we knew right away we would use Lees because of our 1st visit. Jennifer was very kind, patient and attentive during this process. The service for my father-in-law was beautiful and stress free bc of Jennifer and her support staff . We are truly grateful and we highly recommend Lees Funeral Home.

McMahons Funeral Home did a wonderful job planning the funeral for our loved one. Tim of McMahons Funeral Home took great care of our needs. He was very helpful explaining the different options and helped with final arrangements. Tim was available for all questions and everything went as planned. My father passed away last month, prior to his passing, he worked with the McMahon team and planned out his final burial arrangements through the Pre-Plan service 8 years earlier. The team (Tim Buckley in particular) was swift and punctual, shortly after my father's passing , they ensured we had proper support in transporting my father back to New York and provided a seamless process to get my father to his final destination. As the widower of the deceased, I found the attention, sensitivity, and sense of empathy demonstrated by Mark Press, as well as the rest of the staff, to be excellent during this very difficult moment, as was the venue at Ballard-Durand and the procession to the crematorium.

Our experience with Ballard-Durand was positive as they were very responsive, respectful and helpful during this difficult time. Thank you so much for your support. Important to note that our experience at the Ferncliff Cemetery, with whom Ballard-Durand works for cremations, was very negative. Perhaps something Ballard-Durand could look into.
