My family and I had my mothers funeral two days ago at a church of our choice and used the services of this funeral home to dress my mothers body and transport her to the church. They made my deceased mother look beautiful. They used a nice hearse to carry my mothers body to the church and then to the cemetery. I could not pass up the opportunity to leave a review of Barney McClanahan funeral home, as my family received superb customer service skills. During this most difficult time, it was a pleasure to work with such professional and caring individuals. Lawrence (funeral director) and his staff were so patient with my family and with every change we requested. They treated my family and I with respect. Lawrence, Arianne, and the rest of the staff ushered the whole process, where it went smoothly..I highly recommend them, as we were extremely satisfied with their care of our family.

I believe a higher power puts the pieces in place to help you along life's path. Sadly, my brother in law passed away after a short hospitalization. We also had my father in law's cremains. He had passed in February in SC . We had attended a memorial service at Lloyd Maxcy a few years back. Our friend raved about how special the team was. We made an appointment and they held our hand through the difficult process. They were gentle and caring from the first moment we walked in the door and through the final moments at the gravesite. The Maxcy team arranged for a military honor guard for my father in law. He was a proud Navy veteran. Thank you.
