Last week I got the worse call ever my sissy/cousin passed, I was devastated confused and lost, I live in Jersey and my family member lived in New York. I called so many different places in NY and was not satisfy with the way I was treated. Then I called here, wow!! The first 5 seconds of my conversation with Jennifer I knew this was the place. She was so kind and mostly so understanding and made me feel so much better she explained everything step by step, took all my calls and if she wasnt available at the time , I would leave a Message and she would call me back immediately to answer all my questions and concerns. I couldnt have picked a better place for my sissy/ cousin to be handled to be laid to rest peacefully. As she deserved . Thank you guys so much.
