GOOD PEOPLE, DOING GOOD BUSINESS! I walked in to Rouse's office unannounced the day of my father's passing. Cliff was a sweetheart, very empathetic, & helpful. Raleigh was on top of the logistics, follow-up, and very kind. The younger guy with long hair seemed to have all the right answers. I appreciated the transparency in pricing, soft human touch, & simplicity. Rouse, thank you for taking care of my father!!! (Note: Prior to visiting Rouse, I stopped a different funeral home and the experience was night-and-day in comparison to Rouse. The other funeral home had zero empathy/ emotional intelligence, and they wanted to charge me 2x what Rouse charged.)

The folks at Rouse have been super through this experience. Saying good-bye to my mother was very hard. Thanks to all at Rouse Mortuary.

My family allowed this establishment to take care of my mother's home going service and I must say I was beyond happy. The staff was amazing with walking me through how everything was to be done. We had the best experience with Smith Funeral Service. Justin is wonderful to work with. They handled my dad's funeral so beautifully and professionally, we couldn't have asked for a better partner in our time of grief. From the momen we walked into the office to inquire about their service to the very end of the all of the services, Justin was attentive, considerate, knowledgable and professional. He helped us arrange everything - flowers, transportation, photography etc... He was so gracious, so compassionate and so flexible. He went out of his way to make sure that everying was done in the way that my mom wanted and the way that honor my dad. We had impression that for Justin, this is more than a business. It is a calling. I would recommend him 100%.

It's been over two years since my mother passed away. I cannot say enough about the special care that was given to our family. My mother in law passed away 4 months after my mom. I would recommend them. They are very caring .

My grandmother has pass away. The viewing was today. She look real nice. They did a very good job. We say good by tomorrow.

They were very efficient and kind, but I think my expectations might have been too high. The clay paw print is a little rough with no details like a name or anything. A crematorium I used in another state provided a beautiful smooth glazed clay paw print with my cats name and little hearts, plus a stand for displaying it. Plus multiple white thick cardstock cards with paw prints from both front feet as well as nose prints and some other very thoughtful touches. I think such a place is a rare find, though. I do appreciate Carolina Pet Crematorys speed in picking up my cat and returning his cremains, however, and they were very courteous.

Thank you from the depths of my heart for your responsiveness and kindness during our loss! We are grieving and it was such a loss yet we are forever grateful for your service!

So far, this is my third time having to call Carolina Pet Crematory for assistance. I am very appreciative that they arrive fairly quickly and have everything ready to pick up in a couple of days. I would definitely be lost without them.

Mr James was very helpful throughout a very difficult time in my family. He was courteous and listened to our needs. He provided all the support we needed and took time to accommodate all our requirements. He was easy to reach whenever we had any questions. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Im thankful we chose them for our needs.

Gary Morgan treated my family as if he were a part of my family. I had to make arrangements between two states. I had to ship my mother's body home. He told me step by step what to do. He contacted the out of state funeral home. In the past 20, years, he has served my family well through the passing of four loved ones. He is a trusted servant in the community.

I just want to thanks Tina and her husband Mr Roundtree for all there help during this difficult time. My family came from NYC and didnt know much about Greenville. They step up and helped us out in anyway they could. My experience was excellent and would highly recommend the Roundtree for service for your loved one.
