I had the privilege of working with the staff at Hanes/Guilford and they really helped my family through a difficult period. April Graves was warm and open to what our needs were and this streamlined the process of taking care of my mom's wishes without any difficulties. I want to thank them personally for how they treated us like family and made us feel important.
