Jack was awesome. I'm a death doula, educator and advocate and two things I hate about the funeral industry are the phony compassion tone of voice and the brutal up-selling to people in grief. I got NONE of that! Such a relief! Jack was a clear communicator, kind, and grounded. I got answers to my questions. The price was right. Not one single attempt to up-sell, and honestly, that's a first. Thank you for just doing the work that was needed with relative speed. Y'all rocked.

He even filled urn chains I ordered and shipped to him directly. He kept me informed about the process and everything that was going on.
