Darling Fischer Garden Chapel

Before I went with Darling Fischer Garden Chapel, I called a couple other funeral homes in the San Jose area. The other funeral homes didn't feel as warm and they weren't as informative. I spoke with Pam several months ago. She was very friendly and helpful with my pre-planning questions. I live out of state and I had to arrange funeral services over the phone and by email. Maribel was so thorough and responsive with all of the arrangements for my mother. The services went very well and all of my family was very happy with everything. All of the staff we worked with were very compassionate and helpful. A special thank you to Kristina, who worked both days of the services. She was great along with the rest of the team. The pricing is comparable to other funeral homes in the area.

Vanna Tran's service is superb. She went beyond her duty to help us prepare our father's funeral services. She responded to our phone, text, email inquiries anytime, days or evenings, weekends included. She explained everything in detail to help us make informed decisions. She offered to make a beautiful MP4 slides for us. After the burial service, we came back to the chapel after 5pm and she was still there waiting for us to collect our belongings. Her services and courtesy deserve better than 5 stars. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Petra and her team were incredibly empathetic, supportive, and helpful during a very difficult time. They ensured everything went smoothly and even went the extra mile to help confirm their sister funeral home in Campbell for our date when they were already booked. Their compassion and professionalism made a meaningful difference for our family, and were very grateful.
