We had the pleasure to work with Victor who assisted us in planning our father's funeral. He was professional and compassionate.

We were professionally guided through the entire process from the first day we met with a funeral director until our celebration of life service was over. We could not have asked for a better experience during such a stressful time.

Olinger Capel Hill was great! They were always understanding. They knew this was an emotional time for the family. Amber, was extremely helpful and always responded promptly. The facilities where great too. The staff was always ready to help, but definitely respected everyone's privacy. Everyone was concerned with how we were doing. Offered to help with anything we needed. Hannah, who accepted my father's closing for the viewing was so calm and concerned when I broke down a bit. They were all great.

It was a shock and a sorrowful time when my wife, Kay, passed away. The recommendation that I contact Horan & McConaty was a very good thing at a bad time. Jolene, Larissa, and others at the Centennial location were wonderful. After cremation we wanted a celebration of life with family, friends, and neighbors. The arrangements made by Jolene could not have gone better. I did not keep the names of the ladies that handled the catering, but they also were an ideal choice. I had nothing but praise for this gathering from the people who were there. Thank you Jolene and Larissa for your caring, professional, and kind help with final arrangements for the love of my life.

Thank you, Emily, Terry and Brian, for being so warm, empathetic and professional during our visits. As hard as it is to lose a loved one, you gave me peace of mind and you treated me and my family with incredible respect, dignity and compassion.

We have used Cremate Simply twice now, in less than one year, and they are exceptional. Melinda (in the Thornton office) is so incredibly helpful and kind on the phone. Andy (in the south office), who we actually met with both times, is also incredibly kind and helpful. The process is very simple and straightforward-no upselling, no hidden fees or surprises. Elizabeth is absolutely awesome. She helped tremendously with the sudden death of my nephew. The price was such a great help because my nephew didn't have a life insurance. They allowed us to order our own urn and some necklaces which they filled for us. She made sure to keep us informed through the entire process. She also helped us get his death certificate. This is the second time we've used Lasting Paws for our fur baby. They've taken such a wonderful care of both our doggies, especially considering that I've ordered so many things, everything was taken into detail, packed and delivered with such care. The little pendant urn came prefilled with ashes, which is greatly appreciated. All the imprints were perfect. Thank you so much for taking such a good care of my baby!

I lost my soul dog of 14.5 years 2 days before Christmas, lasting paws staff really honored my girl. I am here to express my unending gratitude for every single employee at the centennial location as well as the Henderson location(where her body was originally transported) for making the worst moment of my life a bit more bearable. From the employees I spoke with that suggested the viewing service while I was hysterically trying to secure peace of mind to Louis who took care of and prepared my baby girl for her final walk home, the compassion shown was nothing short of incredible. With her passing being during the holiday season(12/23) I was not able to have the service until 1/6, exactly 2 weeks after her passing and I was very nervous about how she would look, feel and overall be presented to me. I lost my cat Chip tragically and unexpectedly on 12/2/25 and its been tough dealing with his loss. Lasting Paws of Centennial did an amazing job taking care of my boy Chip and were quick to get back his ashes to me.
