If I could give this business more than 5 stars I would. I cant say enough great things about the people who work at Kramer, specifically Augustus and Kayla. They are clearly dedicated to making the process efficient and comfortable, and their compassion and kindness during a very rough time for our family is greatly appreciated. They even made my dog feel at ease, which meant the world to me!
My daughter, Krystal, found Kramer Cremation for her grandma, my mother Flo, and they helped her so much. I called and spoke with Kayla and explained there was something very special I wanted my mom to have. She said it was no problem to bring it in and was so kind and understanding.
