He went out of his way to keep us informed every step of the way and made sure we felt cared for and understood. His compassion truly made a difference for our family. My Mother's end of life journey was very stressful for myself & my husband. She passed late night during a bad ice storm which made driving very treacherous. The Neptune representative picked mom up very promptly risking their own safety! Everything was done to the letter of her contract! Choosing Neptune to take care of this portion of end of life was the best decision we made!

Great experience getting everything all set up for my Dads cremation for his celebration of life. Highly recommend.

SIMPLE ONLINE PROCEDURE-CARING FOLKS TO ASSIST WITH ISSUES-WOULD USE AGAIN--PLEASE USE THEM FOR ME

All Texas Cremation is a very good company to deal with. I am more than pleased with all aspects of their services. They promptly return calls and take care of buisness in a professional maner. I would definatly use them again. Thank you for your help durring a dificult time.

My experience overall was good, no major issues. Whenever I reached out, the person who answered was always kind, patient, and helpful. My only feedback is to improve communication throughout the process. Many people going through this are first-timers, grieving, and unsure of what to expect. A little guidance goes a long way. After I signed the contract, I didnt receive even a confirmation email. Weeks passed with no update until I got a call about payment. I paid immediately and was a bit surprised to learn that my grandmother hadnt been cremated yetbut it wasnt a major issue. Then more weeks went by with no contact until her ashes arrived. Suggestion: Please keep families updated without them having to reach out first. Even a simple were still working on things message would help tremendously. Thank you!

Steven G. Hill and his incredible staff were amazing to work with. Steven was available anytime I called or texted him, and he always responded kindly and informatively. Their work on the day of my uncles celebration of life was truly perfection. They had everything set up and ready to go for those attending, live-streamed the ceremony, set up food dont was perfectly timed, and attended to every detail. The flower arrangement they made was breathtakingly beautiful and in all the perfect colors. The video they put together and the program they printed were also excellent. I truly cant think of a team I would rather work with during one of the hardest times in our familys lives. I cant recommend Steven G. Hills House of Funerals highly enough.
