There are no words to describe the gratitude I feel with Valentina, she was amazing, so caring, so understanding and thoughtful with every detail. She was so understanding with our requests and answered all of our questions patiently. On the day of the funeral Valentina guided us and Victoria was so professional and compassionate. We had never had to organize a funeral before but they helped everything go so smooth. I highly recommend this place and working especially with Valentina, she is amazing and will take good care of you. :)

This place was great to us, I can not thank Vale enough for making us feel so comfortable and making sure everything was perfect for my MIL. She went out of her way in so many levels that it didnt go unnoticed. Its the little details that goes a long way for any family losing a love one. My experience arranging my friend's son funeral was so overwhelming. However, Mr. Juan Beltran from Irving Calvary Funeral Home was super empathetic, companionate and extremely competent. He immediately put me at ease explaining the entire process from beginning to end, which included the transportation of the deceased party to Honduras. I live in California, and my Honduran friend lives in Ensenada, BC Mexico and her son was killed in Irving, TX. Needless to say, this was a super tragic and stressful event, but Mr. Juan Beltran was very supportive; he even conducted a long-distance communication with the victim's mother in Ensenada to coordinate the transportation of the deceased body to Honduras. Mr. Juan Beltran was like an angel that God had put on our path; he always responded to all of our questions and concerns via text, email and phone calls in a prompt manner. I Want To Start of With Thanking the entire staff at Browns for everything they do and going above and beyond for everyone all day every day, But I Want to Extra Recognition to Kristen, Johnathan and Gary, for their dedication to making sure everything is done as you or you loved ones would want it. On September the 11th my mom Elizabeth Solis Passed away, I was asked who I wanted to use as a funeral home service, without thought or Hesitation said I wanted Browns because thats who I knew by reputation, My Family and Several Others Have used Browns throughout the years, and now from Personal Experience i now know why, thank you so much again to the Entire Staff at Browns and to the Awesome Funeral Directors for being Not only being there when we need you but for Always being there Before, During and after.

I highly recommend Browns Memorial Funeral Home. Hospice arranged my wifes cremation through a different funeral home in north Dallas but since we live in Irving, we chose Browns to hold the memorial service. Gary and the entire staff at Browns was very professional and provided us with a beautiful celebration of my wifes life. She was a quilter and we desired to show some of her work - they did an awesome job with the presentation They have recently updated and renovated the funeral home and it very nice and comfortable. From the moment we reached out, Heather was a calming and compassionate presence during one of the most overwhelming and emotional times of our lives. Heather went above and beyond in every single way  guiding us through difficult decisions with patience, grace, and empathy. She took the reins when I was too overwhelmed to know where to begin, handling everything from the delicate process of picking Mom up from our home, to putting together a beautiful tribute video complete with music and edited photos, to designing custom thank-you cards that perfectly honored her memory. I am so appreciative of Maria's kindness, compassion, and professionalism in handling my father's cremation. She kept me updated at every step of the process and even worked to get him a flag (he was a veteran). She made a difficult situation more bearable.

Neptune took care of all of the specifics and instructions for the cremation of my dear wife with much care and respect. Everything was handled perfectly, and I would highly recommend Neptune as your choice for cremation

It's a hard discussion and a hard decision, but it went SO smoothly, Mr. Dixon was informative, like talking to a friend and there was NO upselling pressure. The packages were clearly explained and we made our decision. Super easy, pain free and compared to dealing with a high pressure casket salesperson, at the worst time in your life, this was no pressure, super simple and completely transparent.
